The Barn and Pavilion at Gianinetti Spring Creeks Ranch

Spring Creeks Ranch is a fifth-generation working family ranch in Carbondale, Colorado, situated in the Roaring Fork Valley with views of Mt. Sopris and the surrounding Rocky Mountains. Founded by Italian immigrant Ben Gianinetti in 1927, the ranch has remained under family stewardship for nearly a century, guided by a deep commitment to land, community, and authentic hospitality. The ranch hosts weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, fundraisers, and celebrations of life, offering exclusive use of the entire property for each event. Its two primary event spaces — the 5,000-square-foot Event Barn and the adjacent Creekside Pavilion — are designed to work together, with the barn's cathedral ceilings, iron-forged chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto the pavilion and its creekside setting. A ceremony meadow along the creek rounds out the grounds, framing mountain views on all sides. All packages include private access to the barn, pavilion, and meadow, and the ranch accommodates multi-day events, welcoming groups for the kind of extended celebration that's only possible on a private ranch. Activities on-site include fly fishing, equestrian experiences, lawn games, and access to a creekside fire pit.
