Building the first component of what would eventually become Naylor Hall for H.W. Proudfoot and his wife, Euphemia, in the 1840s, Barrington King designed it as a four-room clapboard house with a central fireplace, which was later expanded. Mr. Proudfoot was engaged as an accountant by Mr. King, the son of the city of Roswell's founder, in his recently constructed Roswell Mills facility. Colonel Harrison Broadwell acquired the property in the late 1930s and renamed it Naylor Hall in honor of his wife's family, which is still the name of the building today. Aside from that, he made a number of changes that may still be seen today, including the columns, carved woodwork, and a portico that wraps around the original structure. Naylor Hall is still making history today, well into the twenty-first century, with each and every event that takes place on Canton Street. Lady Naylor Hall, who is 170 years old and a southern beauty, has had her tummy tucked and her thighs tucked in order to greet the millennium. The Wheeler House is a historic wedding venue set on a restored 1906 property in Ball Ground, Georgia. The original home — built by a local lumber yard owner using heart pine flooring and wraparound porches — was purchased and fully renovated before reopening as a wedding venue in 2011. A climate-controlled barn was added in 2012, its exterior clad in reclaimed lumber salvaged from the old Panama City pier and airport runway, giving the space a distinctly storied character. The venue accommodates events from intimate micro-weddings to celebrations of up to 300 guests. The 3,600-square-foot barn serves as the primary ceremony or reception space, while a draped outdoor arbor hung with chandeliers and string lights offers an open-air ceremony option. The historic house provides a bridal suite with an original claw-foot tub, a groom's suite, and a billiards room. Onsite cottage accommodations are available for overnight guests. All-inclusive packages are offered, covering catering, an in-house DJ, bar service, linens, seating, and a dedicated wedding coordinator — making The Wheeler House a full-service destination in the North Georgia foothills.

Owners Jack Cashin and his wife Helen built Chukkar Farm Polo Club & Event Facility in 1980. Over 100 acres of meadows, woodlands, a river crossing, and a 26-acre lake make up the Farm. Chukkar Farm has evolved into a First Class Event Facility that hosts polo matches, weddings, live concerts, corporate outings, charity fundraisers, private parties, and riding lessons in a stunning outdoor setting. Chukkar Farm may supply the event space while you handle the rest of the activities, or they can give additional services to make your event even more memorable. Chukkar Farm is a family-run business located less than an hour north of Atlanta, Georgia. Many family members are active in the Farm's management. They are all dedicated to providing a one-of-a-kind and breathtakingly stunning environment for the entire globe to enjoy. We provide you and your group complete, trouble-free access to the magnificent materials on hand by collaborating with you to make the most of the calm and open style. We want your wedding day to be one of a kind. The farm is a blank canvas, waiting for you to fill it with the unique elements of your special day. You are free to bring in whatever vendors you like. With an insurance waiver, alcohol is permitted on the grounds. Most of the time, we provide the location and you handle the rest; however, we do offer additional services if you wish to use them.
