Nine Pin Cider offers various event spaces, depending on your vision and needs. The Outdoor Café perfectly suits intimate celebrations of up to 40 guests. This space features picnic tables, umbrellas, and a sound system. Overhead, dazzling string lights will add a warm ambiance to your big day. Previously used as the cidery's canning and bottling area, the Production Floor now serves as an industrial chic event space that can accommodate up to 125. Mike Patten, who already owned the nearbyWoodlife Ranch, purchased the farm in 2020 with a vision to create a welcoming storefront and community gathering place that showcases the best of both the farm and ranch. The Stone Tavern Farm is an idyllic up-state retreat in the small town of Roxbury, New York. With 400 acres of land, there are many indoor and outdoor options for your wedding or special event. Built in 1803, the Stone House is the oldest residence in Roxbury, New York. The home was originally used as an inn along a travelers trail passing through the mountains from Bovina. That trail is now used for recreation, but much of the old structures and toll booth still remain and are quite interesting to explore.

The Mount is a vibrant cultural center that is also a historic house museum, and it offers a wide variety of tours, programs, and events for you to participate in and enjoy. Exchange your vows and mingle with loved ones against the backdrop of The Mount's vibrant, award-winning formal gardens and the elegant interior of Edith Wharton's historic mansion. The Mount was the setting for many of Edith Wharton's writings. The gracious and breathtaking estate, which encompasses close to 50 acres, is an ideal location for a wedding that guests will never forget. You can hold your wedding ceremony in either the exquisite French Flower Garden, which was modeled after the grounds at Versailles, or the intimate Italian Garden, which was modeled after the architecture of the Renaissance period. After the ceremony, you and your guests can enjoy cocktails on the spacious terrace, which offers sweeping views of The Mount's immaculately landscaped grounds and the mountains in the distance. Founded in 2017 by three generations of the same family, the property was transformed from an overgrown waterfront parcel into a one-of-a-kind retreat built around creek life and natural beauty. The setting includes a half-mile of Catskill Creek frontage, an on-site waterfall, a seasonal heated pool, a Makers Art Studio, resident farm animals, and 15 uniquely designed tiny houses. The resort opens its full grounds for private events — small weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and milestone gatherings — with exclusive access to all facilities when the venue is reserved for a private event. Multi-level cascading decks frame an unobstructed view of the falls, and the grounds encompass natural pools, gardens, and trails. Owl's Hoot Barn is a historic 1800s Dutch barn surrounded by a beautiful natural setting. With a variety of smaller barns, there are many different locations to host your event. The barn can host up to 180 people and the pavilion is a great place to have a cocktail hour. Owl's Hoot Barn also features an incredible outdoor space where couples can have their wedding ceremony. With multiple spaces, it's easy to have every part of your wedding, including the ceremony, cocktail party, and reception, at Owl's Hoot Barn.

Camp Eagle Hill is a 200-acre facility in Elizaville, New York, 90 miles north of New York City and approximately 250 miles from Boston. Family-owned and operated, the property opens for group rentals outside of the summer season, hosting one-day corporate events, team-building sessions, and picnics as well as multi-day weekend retreats and week-long programs. The campus offers a large gymnasium, a theatre arts building, a newly constructed recreation and social hall, and spacious dining rooms. Outdoor areas include ballfields alongside basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, with a private spring-fed lake and swimming pools available on a seasonal basis. Overnight groups are accommodated in renovated cabins fitted with single beds, full bathrooms, porches, and ample storage. Private rooms with ensuite baths are also available for groups with specific needs. On-site services include meals, laundry and housekeeping, high-speed internet, sound and video equipment, and a public address system. Catskill View Weddings & Events occupies Thor Icelandics, LLC., a working Icelandic horse farm in Claverack, New York — in the heart of Columbia County's Hudson Valley, two hours north of New York City and ten minutes from the city of Hudson. The farm is home to more than 50 Icelandic horses and is recognized as the only Icelandic horse farm in North America that operates as a wedding and event venue. Three distinct outdoor spaces — The Hill, the Upper Track, and the Lower Track — each accommodate up to 300 guests. The Hill commands a full 360-degree, unobstructed view of the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountain range, with the sun setting directly over the mountains to the west; it is the venue's signature setting. The Upper Track, nestled in the heart of the farm and enclosed by woods on most sides, offers a more private atmosphere with exceptional acoustics. The Lower Track, located near the barnyard entrance, positions guests among active horse fields with the property's large barn visible in the near distance. The venue operates seasonally from late April through early November and hosts a limited number of events per year to preserve the farm's character. All outdoor amenities — tents, seating, catering, and utilities — are brought in through outside vendors, allowing each event to be fully customized within a landscape that is distinctly its own.
