WOKC is built with your occasion in mind for Private Events with 15 to 500 people. White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails will design a gorgeous solution for your next dinner party, from state-of-the-art sound and A/V to small and big private dining areas. Chapter & Verse Chapter and Verse can be used as two independent rooms or can be combined to accommodate up to 80 people. A standing cocktail reception for 30-40 people can be held in Chapter alone. Verse can also be used on its own for a 15-30 person seated dinner and a 30-40 person standing reception. For more personalized service, Verse has a mini bar installed within the room. For presentations, both Chapter and Verse offer flat screen TVs with surround sound and a hand held or cordless microphone. Barrel Bar This cocktail reception space can accommodate up to 200 people. The wide marble top bar makes buying a much-needed cocktail quick and easy, making it a fantastic location to congregate and unwind after work. Large windows overlook Peachtree and Baker Streets, and the reception space offers direct access to the patio and terrace. This is the ideal position for watching the sun set over the city while enjoying a handmade cocktail. Distillery This accommodation features big floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing views of the Atlanta skyline, as well as double doors leading to the outside garden terrace. With burnt cedar plank walls and a mahogany beamed ceiling, the area was supposed to look like the inside of a whiskey barrel. The Distillery, located away from the restaurant's main flow, can accommodate a seated meal for up to 64 individuals or an 80-person cocktail event.

Echo Street West is a 19-acre development along the new Westside Beltline created by Lincoln Property Company. The development is a multi use space, which is set to include an open-air bar and dining experience, condos, a hotel, and an office space. Guardian Works is the Event Space at Echo Street West, will be a exclusive and unique offering in Atlanta’s events scene. The renovated 1908 brick and beam building features 8,000 square ft of double-height conditioned interior event space, 4,000 square ft of covered patio space, and an adjoining 10,000 square ft courtyard in front. The space is operated by Novare Events, Atlanta’s premier events company, and is sure to be a must-see venue for all kinds of gatherings including weddings, city wides, festivals, large cocktail, as well as others with the use of the entirety of the space. CAPACITY & RATES The maximum capacity of Guardian Works may vary from below as it is dependent on seating requirements, dance floor size, catering needs, and audio & visual needs. The 13,000-square foot event space can comfortably accommodate 1,200 guests. Depending on need, the space can be arranged from intimate weddings of 125-250 guests to cocktail style events of up to 1,200 attendees. BEVERAGE & CATERING For events held at Guardian Works, Novare Events provides full beverage service, including barware, glassware, and staffing. A complete overview of our beverage services is included in the rental information kit. For catering events at this space, Novare Events can connect you with the best catering companies in Atlanta. Puritan Chemical Company built and operated The Foundry at Puritan Mill, which opened its doors in 1921 and is still in operation today. A variety of cleaning goods, including Puritan soap, were created and stored in the facility until they were sent out through the nearby Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. It was here that Puritan Chemical Company's Atlanta headquarters was located from 1946 to 1996. The property was bought by Urban Realty Partners and Weaver & Woodbery Company in 2000 with the intention of restoring it and converting it into a mixed-use site. The Foundry, with its 12,000 square feet of floor area, is a wonderfully striking and adaptable event venue. Original wood beams, spacious skylights, and polished concrete floors create a backdrop rich with character and history, highlighting the industrial past and vibrant present of Atlanta's popular Westside neighborhood and its surrounding neighborhoods. George and Judy Lee, with the help of Skip Engelbrecht, founded La Maison Rouge in 1995. Located in the center of Paris on Ponce, which has been a prominent shopping destination in midtown Atlanta for more than 30 years. The extravagant and lavish furnishings were gathered from abroad buying trips, mansions in Georgia, and we are especially privileged to have some pieces from Coretta Scott's and Dr. Martin Luther King's homes. We've staged countless festivities, fundraisers, and events over the previous 25 years. On the 100th anniversary of the building's construction, a fire broke out on Ponce de Leon on Thanksgiving Eve, 2019. The cause is unknown, but despite the enormous destruction, much of the furniture and the heart of La Maison Rouge were spared. We never imagined we'd be able to locate anything as special as our Midtown apartment, but we did! The Healey Building, where we now reside, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1913, it's a magnificent neo-gothic marble structure with a stunning entry rotunda that we can use in addition to our new area. We now have a greater capacity and more availability for smaller events thanks to the new space, which is about double the size of our prior location. Furthermore, we are no longer limited to merely holding evening activities. We may now host events at any time! If you liked our prior location in Midtown, you'll adore our new digs.

Oakland's 48 acres of Victorian gardens, which were featured in GQ magazine as a top private event place, provide a range of magnificent locations for your big occasion. Oakland Cemetery, one of Atlanta's most beautiful and distinctive settings, can accommodate events for two or 200 people. The Historic Oakland Foundation will assist you in planning a party, wedding, or other private event at Oakland Cemetery, whether it is for two or 200 visitors. Our Private Events team will work closely with you to ensure that everything runs well on the day of the event. Do you require a caterer? We have a network of contacts! Do you need assistance with logistics? We're here to assist you! Funeral home weddings are becoming increasingly popular, and Atlanta's historic Oakland Cemetery is a particularly gorgeous location for an outdoor ceremony. As a Victorian garden cemetery and the site of Atlanta's first park, we're continuing on the Victorian tradition of making Oakland a place to commemorate the lives and loves of the city's 70,000 citizens, as did the Victorians. A covered space that can accommodate up to 50 people is available in addition to open-air locations that may accommodate up to 250 guests in total. When not in use as a functioning greenhouse, the Beaumont Allen Greenhouse may be rented out for special events from September through May. Depending on the layout, the greenhouse can be arranged in a variety of different ways. During the fall, winter, and spring, the Beaumont Allen Greenhouse is available for rent to the general public. Oakland's 48 acres offer a variety of unique and attractive settings for a wide range of private events of varied sizes and scope.
