Banshee is a restaurant + bar located in East Atlanta Village serving New American fare that's focused on seasonality. It was opened by partners Peter Chvala, Nolan Wynn, Katie McDonald, and Faielle Bolzan Stocco with the intent of providing upscale food and beverage in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Within it's first year of operation Executive Chef Nolan Wynn was awarded "Best New Chef 2018" by Atlanta Magazine and was nominated as a semifinalist for "Rising Star Chef of the Year" by the James Beard Foundation. Banshee also features a cocktail driven bar that has a small curated selection of local beers and an eclectic wine list. Gunshow is a restaurant and private event venue at 924 Garrett Street in Atlanta's Glenwood Park neighborhood, built around an unconventional, chef-driven dining format. Dishes are presented tableside by Chef Cody Chassar and his team, and cocktails are prepared tableside on a rolling cart — making every meal an interactive experience. The open kitchen anchors the dining room, bringing the culinary process into full view of every guest. For private events, Gunshow offers full restaurant buyouts available Wednesday through Saturday, accommodating up to 70 guests for seated dinners and up to 125 for reception-style events. Seasonal menus are designed and crafted by the Gunshow chefs specifically for each event, with multiple package tiers ranging from a 4-course dinner to a 5-course plated dinner with action stations and a full bar. The restaurant also hosts a recurring Hired Guns series, bringing guest chefs from across the country for one-night collaborations.

The Catholic Shrine of the Immaculate Conception stands as Atlanta's most historic church, originally built in 1848 to serve workers constructing the railroad that gave the city its name. One of the only original structures to survive the burning of Atlanta during the Civil War — spared after a direct appeal to General Sherman — the Shrine is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and continues to welcome couples from across the country and around the world to celebrate their marriages within its walls. The sanctuary is a dramatic setting for wedding ceremonies. As a company, we're in the business of providing people with what they want... and if that includes a massive private event room loaded with dozens of games and cool, tasty beer, then you've arrived at the perfect spot, my friend. As our event space has grown to accommodate up to 300 people, we've held a broad range of events, including corporate meetings, fundraisers, alumni gatherings, class reunions, wedding receptions, baby showers, and the list goes on and on! In addition to a three-vessel, 40 BBL brewhouse, 620 BBL of fermentation space, and 320 BBLs of brite beer storage, we have a 620 BBL of fermentation space. Clarification of all of our beers is accomplished with the help of a GEA centrifuge. Red Hare, like with a small number of other craft breweries, is fortunate in that it has a full-time biochemist and a fully equipped laboratory for quality control. We were the first craft brewery in Georgia to can its beer, and we were the first brewery in the world to use the evercan, an aluminum can with a high recycled content. With a 40-head filler and six-head seamer, our canning line is capable of packaging nearly 480 cases every hour (about 11,520 cans)! It is possible for us to process 50 BBLs of beer per day on our kegging line.
