It is a beautiful farm with a relaxing, rustic setting that is ideal for your wedding reception or other special event. It is the 5,000 square foot, 118-year-old bank barn with two beautiful levels that is the main feature of the 20-acre property. The barn has been completely renovated and restored, allowing the natural beauty of years past to shine through. The property has the capability of hosting both the ceremony and the reception, with seating for 150 guests on the main level of the barn and 90 guests on the lower level of the barn, respectively. A two-bedroom farmhouse built in the 1900s has been completely renovated while maintaining the warm country feel of a home away from home. THE OUTDOOR GARDEN In our beautiful, rustic barn, you can host a party for your friends and family. The lower level of the barn is ideal for cocktail hour, while the upper level is filled with rustic charm and is the perfect setting for the reception. THE STRUCTURE OF THE FARMHOUSE Our farmhouse, built in the early 1900s in the country style, is the ideal bridal suite! The two-bedroom house is a wonderful place for you to relax and be pampered on your special day!

The village, founded by Quakers, offers a timeless backdrop for weddings, receptions, family reunions, and corporate gatherings. The venue's primary event space is the Historic Waterford Old School, built in 1910 and described as the largest and best-equipped historic building in the village. The Old School's auditorium accommodates up to 125 guests banquet-style and is complemented by a full modern catering kitchen, an atrium, and a stone terrace overlooking the surrounding meadow. The all-inclusive rental fee covers eight hours of venue use, on-site parking, ADA accessibility, the catering kitchen, 200 chairs, 6-foot rectangular and 5-foot round tables, WiFi, a podium in the auditorium, central heating and air conditioning, and access to the historic village grounds.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception can all take place at the Manor at Airmont. Our venue has a design team on staff, as well as catering and event planning and management services. CEREMONY The Indoor Great Room, which can accommodate up to 75 people, the Outdoor Terrace, and the Manor Lawn, which can accommodate up to 150 people, are all available for ceremonies at the Manor.
