The venue's primary event space is the Historic Waterford Old School, built in 1910 and described as the largest and best-equipped historic building in the village. The Old School's auditorium accommodates up to 125 guests banquet-style and is complemented by a full modern catering kitchen, an atrium, and a stone terrace overlooking the surrounding meadow.
