Great Harbor Yacht Club is dedicated to preserving nautical customs while also maintaining a thriving community where member families may congregate, engage in friendly conversation, and most importantly, unwind. Our members and their visitors rapidly learn to think of the Club as an extension of their own living space. While participating in activities such as sailing, fishing, tennis, squash, and fitness programs, members develop lasting connections and create experiences to share with their families. Participating in an afternoon sail, having family meals on the lawn, or getting a relaxing spa treatment are just some of the ways in which our members may discover their own personal version of paradise thanks to our packed social schedule and everyday activities. The Herreshoff Marine Museum is a premier waterfront location for your next special event, such as a clambake, business meeting, small conference, corporate retreat, holiday party, regatta, wedding, or family reunion. The museum is located on the banks of the Hudson River. In the midst of dozens of exceptional historic Herreshoff boats on an exceptional waterfront property overlooking Bristol Harbor, our facilities provide a beautiful and historic setting for your event. The Museum provides several attractive options for your meeting, social event, or wedding, including the Waterfront, Hall of Boats, Aria Gallery, Conference Room, and the second floor of the historic Burnside Building, among other locations. All year long, the Museum offers a variety of unique indoor and outdoor spaces that can accommodate groups ranging from 25 to 200 people. Industrial heaters are used in the fall and winter to keep your party warm and toasty even in the coldest of temperatures. A special place to infuse your dinner or reception with a unique vibe, the Hall of Boats can be found on the ground floor of the Museum and is fully handicap accessible. It is the heart of the Herreshoff collection and is located on the ground floor of the Museum. Your event will take place among more than a dozen magnificent antique wooden boats, all of which were built by the Herreshoff Manufacturing Company, in this impressive space. Many of the boats are mounted on wheeled platforms that can be moved to accommodate and customize events of any size or configuration, including weddings. We have the capacity to accommodate 125 people for a seated dinner and 250 people for cocktails. On your request, a projection screen can be made available. Loon Pond Lodge occupies the historic Ted Williams Camp in Lakeville, Massachusetts, on the wooded shores of Loon Pond. Owned by the Town of Lakeville and operated through the Lakeville Park Commission, the lodge carries a storied connection to the legendary baseball player who made this waterfront his personal retreat. Inside, the main dining room features exposed-beam cathedral ceilings strung with warm white lights and looks directly out over the water. A separate cocktail lounge with a custom bar provides a dedicated space for pre-dinner receptions, and a dance floor with ambient lighting anchors the evening program. For ceremonies, a large gazebo positioned at the water's edge offers an open-air setting on the pond. The venue accommodates up to 185 guests across its indoor and outdoor spaces, welcoming weddings, showers, birthday celebrations, corporate outings, fundraisers, and private gatherings of all kinds.

North Beach Clubhouse sits directly on the surf in Narragansett, a beach town on Rhode Island's southern coast, with panoramic ocean views and rolling sand dunes as its backdrop. The venue accommodates up to 100 guests for weddings, receptions, social parties, and corporate functions, and is open year-round for tours and events. The bright, airy indoor event space handles dining, while the expansive 54-by-66-foot deck overlooking the beach is where ceremonies, cocktail hours, and dancing take place. Couples typically exchange vows at the edge of the deck with the ocean as a backdrop, then head down to the beach afterward for photos. Renters at North Beach Clubhouse partner with one of the venue's pre-qualified caterers, while remaining free to choose their own photographers, florists, entertainers, and bakers.

The Lighthouse Inn, located on nine quiet coastal acres, provides a private sandy beach, heated pool, tennis, family activities, and a full-service restaurant with magnificent ocean views, among other amenities. A wedding at the Lighthouse Inn will provide you with beautiful vistas, historic charm, and the salty air of Nantucket Sound, among other things. We can assist you with the planning of a rehearsal dinner prior to your wedding day. Check with our wedding organizer to see if any dates and hours are available. On-site meal following the rehearsal may be available, subject to space and time availability. Mary Cunningham bought the house in 1979 and began providing soup, sandwiches, pastries, and tea to visitors to her antique shop with the help of her sister, Barbara, and her small daughter, Abbey. The Tea Room opened in 1981, and the Crane Brook Restaurant grew into one of the best restaurants in the country. Don McKeag reopened Crane Brook Restaurant in 2004, aiming to build on the restaurant's prior success and create an exciting future for the stunning structure. Antonio Sousa and Maria Marcalo bought the Crane Brook Restaurant in November of 2018, with the intention of restoring it to its former splendor. They began renovations on the outside and inside, and on a daily basis, local folks would stop and ask when Crane Brook will reopen, as well as share their particular memories of Crane Brook. Crane Brook restaurant reopened its doors to the public on June 29th, 2019, and is encouraging everyone in the local and surrounding communities to come in and enjoy Farm-to-Table Cuisine.

Kinney Bungalow at Sunset Farm is a historic venue built in 1899 by Francis S. Kinney, a prominent tobacco and real estate magnate. The Bungalow, inspired by East Indian architectural styles—a nod to Kinney’s early years as a sailor—was originally designed to host lavish parties, particularly after polo matches. Today, this timeless venue offers a perfect blend of history and elegance, making it an exceptional choice for your wedding day. Nestled on a 140-acre working farm, Kinney Bungalow sets a new standard for simple yet sophisticated celebrations. The eighteenth-century design features impressive 20-foot-high ceilings, original cypress wood panel walls, and expansive eight-foot by seven-foot windows that wrap around the second-floor grand hall, providing sweeping views of the farm and breathtaking sunsets. Waverly Oaks Golf Club is a public championship golf course and event venue in Plymouth, Massachusetts, about an hour from Boston and Providence. Designed by Brian Silva, the course winds through towering oak trees across rolling terrain with coastal winds and broad views of the surrounding New England landscape. The club hosts weddings and private events with a one-event-per-day policy, keeping the full staff focused on each celebration. An in-house culinary team builds customized menus from cocktail hour through reception. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests through floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the course, while the Oak Room suits smaller gatherings of up to 80 for rehearsal dinners, showers, holiday parties, and corporate meetings.

Designed for private events on Cape Cod, this venue is modern and exquisite in design. The home's enormous windows look out into sixteen acres of conservation area and a lovely pond. Over 5,000 square feet of magnificent interior space, including a big dining room with seats for up to 220 guests, a lounge with 29-foot mahogany bar, a more intimate upstairs dining room, and a huge outdoor terrace with views of the surrounding mountains. The Sea View has its own catering service as well as a complete liquor license. The Sea View, which is located directly across the street from the beach, is full of special touches that will please any couple, including a separate room for the wedding party and a big outdoor terrace for ceremonies under the stars and cocktail hours. With space for anything from cocktail parties and rehearsal dinners to family reunions and birthday celebrations, The Sea View is the ideal location for any special occasion. For each family, occasion, wedding, or event, By the Sea Guests has it all. The inn has a bed and breakfast with simple guest rooms with one or two beds, apartment-styled one or two bedroom suites, and vacation houses, all of which are ideal for family reunions, special celebrations, or wedding parties. Our three inns contain a total of 46 rooms, all of which are either next door to one other or one block apart. Two of the inns are directly on the beach. One of the inns allows pets. We're off Chase Avenue in Dennis Port, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod's Mid-Cape. We can offer room blocks, though we prefer that customers book directly with us on a first-come, first-served basis. The major inn, By the Sea Guests, is where most weddings and festivities take place. It is oceanfront, with the strip's largest white sanded beach, and an enclosed veranda that overlooks and connects to the beach, as well as an outdoor grass space where a tent can be set up.

For almost 35 years, the Dennis Inn, located in the tranquil seaside community of Dennis, MA, has provided a wonderful location for weddings, receptions, family reunions, holiday parties, and many other celebratory occasions. Treats Catering, our sister company, is the sole caterer for all events held at the Dennis Inn. If you want to have an unforgettable Cape Cod celebration, come to the Dennis Inn and join us. Because the Dennis Inn only accommodates one wedding reception per day, you will have complete freedom to design your day around you, with full access to the Inn and grounds. With a large tent on our wide grounds, we can accommodate up to 250 guests for indoor gatherings and up to 100 visitors for outdoor functions. The Inn also features a wonderful suite of rooms on the second floor that can accommodate up to eight guests. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and entertainment area, and a powder room make up this wedding suite. A beautiful in-ground pool and wide back yard complete out the Inn's amenities, perfect for entertaining the day before the wedding or hosting a farewell brunch the day after. Saturday receptions require a minimum of 100 guests from Memorial Day through Columbus Day. The Inn offers a discounted rate for receptions without overnight accommodations. Because we are open all year, we can also accommodate Friday, Sunday, and off-season receptions. We also provide special packages for occasions such as Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve, and Sunday Brunches. We're pleased to make recommendations for flowers, photographers, and any other vendors you might require. Sea Captain Uriah Howe originally built the Barn that now houses the Borsari Gallery in the early 1800s. The barn's first purpose was to serve as a commercial abattoir for Cape Cod and its environs. The Crowell family held the Sea Captain's home and abattoir for for a century, until it was purchased by Cape Cod local artist David Grose in 1960 and utilized to showcase his work. Bob and Kathy Borsari bought the property in 2008 and undertook a three-year renovation that was both elaborate and historically appropriate. The post and beam construction was lovingly restored to its original New England rustic elegance. The original pumpkin pine flooring was exposed, the century-old "ice box" was used, and the historic 1800s track & pulley system that was employed on the property when it was an operating abattoir was displayed. It was at this point that the barn's original beauty was revealed. While the original goal of the restoration was to create a setting that would allow Bob and Kathy to continue the history of presenting good art, it was clear by the end that they had produced much more than an art gallery. As a result, the Borsari Gallery was born: "Exceptional Image & Memorable Events." A pleasant and sophisticated environment with plenty of atmosphere; an ideal and surely unusual place for small gatherings of up to 100 people.

The John Alden Club is a private membership organization founded in Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1969. Built incrementally on Minuteman Lane over more than two decades, its facility grew from a lower-level meeting room in 1974 to an upstairs function hall in 1979 and an outdoor pavilion completed in 1991 — together spanning more than 8,000 square feet of event space. The indoor Rental Hall accommodates up to 180 guests across 4,000 square feet, with a full-service bar, private bridal suite, dance floor, and commercially equipped kitchen. The outdoor Pavilion offers covered space for 200 or more guests with a dedicated bar, cooking facilities, and a surrounding lawn with horseshoe pits and a volleyball court. Both spaces are available for weddings, corporate functions, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, birthday parties, showers, cookouts, and family reunions, with in-house bartending included in rental packages and outside caterers welcome.

The Sankaty Head Golf Club is a private golf club that also features tennis and beach facilities. It offers its members and their families first-rate recreational and social activities in a setting that is low-key and relaxed. The game of golf is the principal emphasis of the Club. The golf course is known for being an exceptional example of golf design in the links style, and it is bordered by undeveloped area and various types of animals. The natural splendor and tranquility of the area are highly valued by the membership, and they consider the course's difficulty to be of equal importance. The Caddy Camp, which is made possible by the generous contributions of club members to the Sankaty Head Foundation, contributes to the overall quality of the golf experience at Sankaty. This camp is the last of its type and is an essential component of the Sankaty golfing legacy. It provides young people from all over the country with opportunities to participate in recreational activities and it also offers a scholarship program. The mission of Sankaty is to organize events in which several members of a family can take part. Tennis and swimming facilities at the Beach Club offer a variety of activities for younger children, teenagers, and adult members. Whereas golf is primarily oriented toward members and their spouses, with limited play by children under the age of college, tennis and swimming facilities at the Beach Club offer a variety of activities. The Club's social activity calendar is confined to certain events that are spread out over the summer season. This is done in acknowledgment of the fact that the Island offers a wide variety of alternative activities. The services and employees are kind and competent, and they are up to date while avoiding following any particular fashion trends. The food at the restaurant is delicious, and the gatherings are a lot of fun. The members place a high value on Sankaty's relaxed and friendly environment, which is unrestricted by an excessive number of rules and restrictions. The Club is dedicated to maintaining the values that have made it successful in the past while also adapting to the requirements of the present and future. The amenities at the Beach Club and the Clubhouse are both practical and comfortable, and their upkeep and modernisation are planned for in phases that adhere to the budget while yet preserving the historical nature of the buildings. Despite the fact that its facilities only allow for a total membership of 550 people, the Club has, throughout its history, kept its doors open to eligible new member applications who were sponsored by existing members. This strategy has served the Club well during times of high demand, and it has gained the faith of its members that admissions to membership are conducted democratically and equitably. This has earned the Club the confidence of its members. Properly sponsored legacies are given some precedence toward membership in order to ensure that the membership continues to value a strong emphasis on family. The Club, on the other hand, is of the opinion that it is vital to maintain a steady influx of new applicants for membership in order to forestall the risk of the organization becoming inbred through the implementation of a legacy policy. It is not due to the economic constraints of its membership that Sankaty is an affordable club; rather, it is due to the preference of its members. A significant amount of effort has been put in order to prevent the Club from being economically exclusive. The Club has ensured that the costs of its day-to-day operations and capital enhancements are fairly distributed among its membership in order to sustain this quality as well as the high standard of its establishments and offerings. In a nutshell, the mission of Sankaty is to establish itself as an exceptional family golf club that features a distinctive design, an engaging social program, and a summertime recreational atmosphere. The objective is to find a happy medium between modernization and preservation of established practices, with the end result being an improvement in the level of satisfaction experienced by members on an annual basis. Inn on the Beach is a beachfront property situated directly on Nantucket Sound in Harwich Port on Cape Cod, offering guests access to nearly 300 feet of white sand beach adjacent to Bank Street Beach — a stretch designated pristine by the Barnstable County Health and Environment Water Testing Laboratory. The inn accommodates a range of group sizes through its mix of room types, including king and queen rooms, suites with private balconies, a Beach House with an oceanfront deck and kitchenette, and adjoining room configurations that connect for larger parties. Specialized group booking policies are available for multi-room reservations. Continental breakfast is served each morning in the guest lounge overlooking the Sound, and the outdoor beach deck and upper patio provide additional gathering space throughout the day. The inn supplies chaise lounges, umbrellas, beach towels, hammocks, and three fire pits for guest use. Shops, dining, and harbor activities — including chartered fishing and sailing — are within walking distance.
