The Denver Mart is the Rocky Mountain region's premier wholesale market center and trade show facility, located at I-25 and 58th Avenue in Denver — 10 minutes north of downtown and 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. Established in 1965, the mart has grown into the largest exhibition, conference, and meeting complex in the region. The facility comprises five interconnected buildings offering more than 275,000 square feet of meeting, banquet, and exhibition space on a single floor. Each primary building features its own loading dock, parking lot, main entrance, and built-in registration counter, giving event producers flexibility to use individual spaces or combine buildings to scale. The complex can accommodate gatherings from as few as ten guests to full-scale events hosting thousands. The Forney Museum of Transportation sits in Denver's River North neighborhood at 4303 Brighton Boulevard, just five minutes from downtown. Occupying 70,000 square feet of exhibit space, the museum houses a collection of more than 800 artifacts spanning locomotives, automobiles, motorcycles, aircraft, carriages, and wax figures — among them the Union Pacific Big Boy No. 4005 steam locomotive and Amelia Earhart's 1923 Kissel "Gold Bug." Four distinct rental spaces make the museum a singular backdrop for private events of nearly any scale. The Central Space accommodates up to 500 seated guests and can be configured with a dance floor, DJ, catering, and auction tables. The Motorcycle and Bicycle Room — lined with rare vintage bikes — seats up to 200 and is well suited for VIP receptions and fundraiser galas. A Meeting Room handles groups of up to 100, and a Birthday Party Gallery is designed for children's celebrations. The venue is ADA accessible, offers on-site parking, and permits outside catering. The Denver Museum of Nature & Science (DMNS) occupies a landmark position in City Park in Denver, Colorado, offering one of the region's most distinctive settings for private events. Situated at 2001 Colorado Blvd, the museum pairs its celebrated natural history collections with versatile event spaces that accommodate gatherings from intimate meetings to large-scale receptions. The Leprino Family Atrium anchors the venue's event offerings, spanning three levels of floor-to-ceiling, west-facing windows that overlook City Park's rose garden, Ferrell Lake, and the City Park Boathouse. Its sub-spaces — the Schlessman Lobby, the Spratlen Lounge, and the Harry T. Lewis Community Room — accommodate groups from 40 to 250 guests. Denver Beer Co. Canworks is a production brewery and taproom housed in an 11,000-square-foot warehouse at 4455 Jason Street in Denver's Sunnyside neighborhood. The space puts guests right next to the action — there is no barrier between the taproom and the brewhouse, so visitors can watch the brewers at work while sampling a rotating selection of Denver Beer Co. beers. Tours of the facility run every hour on the hour, accommodating up to 15 guests per guided session; private tours are available for smaller groups. Beyond the brewery experience, the taproom doubles as an event space hosting ticketed concerts, comedy shows, community markets, and private gatherings against a backdrop of stainless fermenters and industrial warehouse architecture. The taproom is equipped with indoor cornhole, giant Jenga, and shuffleboard, and features a TV that broadcasts Broncos games with $3 pint specials. Aviator Pool and Park is a community aquatic facility operated by the Central Park Master Community Association (MCA), located at 8054 E. 28th Avenue in Denver's Central Park neighborhood (formerly Stapleton). The facility features designated lap lanes, a diving board, and a shallow end, and hosts adult and youth aquatic programming throughout the season. Two event rental options are available for private gatherings. The Party Pad is a shaded outdoor space that accommodates up to 30 guests for 2.5-hour daytime rentals. For larger occasions, after-hours pool rentals provide exclusive access to the full facility — including lifeguard staff, an audio system, tables and chairs, and restroom facilities — for groups of 1 to 250 guests. Evening rental windows run from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and are available after Father's Day through the summer season.
