Ptarmigan Country Club is a Jack Nicklaus-designed private country club set in Fort Collins, Colorado, about an hour north of Denver. NOCO Islands is a private island event venue established in 1999 on a lake at 4171 Kechter Road in Fort Collins, Colorado. Guests reach the island destinations by shuttle boat, arriving at a setting designed around sandy beaches, waterfalls, tiki bars, and fire pits — offering a summer retreat atmosphere for gatherings in Northern Colorado. Three distinct island destinations accommodate events of varying sizes. Li'i Li'i Island suits smaller, private gatherings, while the Big Island's West Side and East Side can be reserved individually or combined for larger groups. Events including both islands can host up to 500 guests, with a minimum of 80 per island reservation. Available seasonally from June through August, the venue is well suited for corporate outings, wedding receptions, family and class reunions, graduation celebrations, and birthday parties. Buffalo Run Golf Course & Bison Grill is a City of Commerce City-owned event venue and championship golf facility located at 15700 E 112th Ave in Commerce City, Colorado, just northeast of Denver. The 18-hole links-style course was designed by renowned architect Keith R. Foster, ASGCA, and has welcomed golfers and private event guests since 1996.
