Leslie Town Centre is a premier event venue and meeting space for Cookeville and Middle Tennessee, co-owned by the City of Cookeville and Putnam County and governed by the Public Building Authority. It sits in the historic downtown district on First Street, between the Train Depot Museum and Dogwood Park and near the Cookeville Performing Arts Center, with Cookeville centrally located on I-40 between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. The centre offers two rental spaces suited to different scales of celebration. The Estes Williams Room is the venue's largest banquet hall, a 7,200-square-foot ground-floor space with a neutral palette, ample natural lighting, a complimentary catering kitchen, a stage, and dimmable lighting — well suited to wedding receptions, galas, conferences, and other large gatherings. The Herald-Citizen Room offers a more intimate 1,500-square-foot setting just off the elevator on the second floor, with its own kitchen for use by outside caterers, making it a fit for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and smaller business meetings. Complimentary amenities across the venue include onsite event support staff, room setup and breakdown, ample free on-site parking, and WiFi. Leslie Town Centre also hosts Mistletoe Market, an annual holiday shopping event running each November since 2002, and supports area nonprofits through its "Together We Care" charitable giving program.

Leeric (sounds like lyric) Lodge and Resort on Center Hill Lake is located in Silver Point, Tennessee; we are just an hour east of Nashville, equally distanced an hour and a half north of Chattanooga and west of Knoxville. We offer overnight lodging accommodations, for you and up to 40 adult guests. We specialize as an intimate destination wedding venue and event resort with guest counts rarely going over 100 at the Lodge and 200 at Meadowvale. While both venue location on our Private 20 acre estate offer the majestic views of the water and mountains in the foreground, each have versatility to be as creative with the space or just simple elegant touches. Butterfly Hollow Bed and Breakfast sits on 82 secluded acres in the Cumberland Plateau foothills near Gordonsville, Tennessee, about seven miles from Gordonsville and Carthage and fifteen miles east of Lebanon. The property is built around an 1899 farmhouse, renovated beginning in 1996 using timber and stone from the land along with reclaimed antique lumber and materials. The bed and breakfast offers three private guest rooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a separate two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation cabin built in 2017. A hot breakfast with juices, breads, and seasonal fruit is included with a stay, and guests can explore the property's hiking trails or nearby Caney Fork River, Center Hill Lake, and Cordell Hull Lake. For weddings and elopements, Butterfly Hollow specializes in small, intimate gatherings of 30 guests or less. Couples can choose a ceremony at the Hillside Gazebo, Field Arch, or Hillside Deck, with the Open-Air Barn serving as both a reception setting and an indoor-weather backup. All-inclusive celebration and elopement packages are available, and overnight accommodations for the wedding party can be arranged on-site.
