Grace Estate Winery sits on a 450-acre estate in Crozet, Virginia, about 20 minutes from Charlottesville in the historic Monticello AVA. The Grace family began growing grapes on the property in 2005, and the winery, established in 2013, produces wine made entirely from estate-grown fruit farmed for more than two decades. Visitors can take part in wine tastings and tours in the modern tasting room, relax on the outdoor patio and bar, and enjoy live music on weekends during the season. For private events, Grace Estate offers its Estate mansion, which overlooks the Mt. Juliet Farm vineyard and doubles as a residence for the Grace family, as well as the tasting room itself. Both settings pair vineyard and mountain views with the winery's estate-grown wines and have hosted weddings, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and other milestone celebrations. Knight's Gambit Vineyard sits on a rolling hillside in the Monticello AVA, facing the Blue Ridge Mountains a short drive from Charlottesville, Virginia. Three generations of the Summers family have been raised on the farm, which has grown grapes since 2003 and opened its Tasting Room in 2016; the estate now produces Meritage, Petit Verdot, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Franc, Rosé, and Chardonnay under the Knight's Gambit label. The vineyard hosts weddings, dinners, graduation parties, company gatherings, and other private events for groups of 25 to 250 guests. Its grounds include a variety of "micro venues" and ceremony sites that can be tailored to an event's needs, including The Lawn, The Tasting Room, The Party Barn — a renovated solar-powered equestrian barn with a bridal suite, lounge areas, and a rustic dining setting — and The Grove, a ceremony site set among oak trees with mountain and vineyard views in the background.

The Greencroft Club occupies a historic early-1900s residence at the edge of Ivy in Charlottesville's Albemarle County, where original oak wide-plank floors, thick plaster walls, and a stone facade recall the building's decades as a private home. The club traces its own history to 1964 and the Boar's Head Club, relocating in 1972 to the former Greencroft Farm site it occupies today on 14 acres. Though a private club, The Greencroft Club opens its doors to non-members for wedding-related events, offering several rooms with crown molding, tray ceilings, stone fireplaces, and chandeliers. Its flexible spaces accommodate groups of 10 to 225 guests for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, luncheons, business meetings, and holiday parties, with an events coordinator on hand to help plan the space, menu, and services for each event. Beyond its event spaces, the club offers a swimming pool, eight dedicated pickleball courts, platform tennis, and a Padel court. The Greencroft Club has been recognized by The Daily Progress Readers' Choice Awards as Favorite Wedding Venue and Best Country Club in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

The Ivy Inn Restaurant occupies a historic house one mile from the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville. The property was once part of a larger estate known as "Faulkner House," and the current structure was rebuilt in 1816 after an earlier inn on the site burned in 1815; its kitchen originally served as a tollhouse for travelers between Richmond and Staunton. The restaurant itself was established in 1973 and has been owned and operated by the Vangelopoulos family since 1995. Guests can dine across four dining rooms inside the historic house or on a large tented garden patio, making the property adaptable for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. The kitchen serves locally-inspired seasonal American cuisine, and the restaurant also offers gift certificates and special-event catering for guests looking to celebrate on-site.

Alumni Hall has served as the University of Virginia Alumni Association's home since 1936, hosting nearly 90 years of student traditions, graduate celebrations, weddings, dinners, conferences, galas, and meetings on the same grounds as the University. The historic building sits close to UVA's Grounds with on-site parking, giving it a relaxed, friendly setting for events. The Alumni Association is now transforming the site into Aggarwal Hall, a 50,000-square-foot building named for a gift from Reggie and Dharini Aggarwal, the largest gift in the Association's 190-year history. Construction began in September 2025, with a grand opening planned for spring 2027. The new building's exterior draws on the design of Pavilion IX and centers on a dramatic atrium, while flexible spaces including a Grand Ballroom, Library, Parlor, Meeting Room, and Cafe are designed to accommodate gatherings of 50 to 500 guests. Outdoor areas, among them the Main Event Terrace, Sprigg Lane Terrace, Emmet Street Terrace, and several gardens and colonnades, extend the building's event space beyond its walls.
