Dubsdread Catering is the only company that has access to the perfect event venue, which is the Historic Dubsdread Ballroom. This venue is known for its combination of rustic charm and vintage elegance. Come spend some time with us, and you will find yourself surrounded by majestic oak trees that are over a hundred years old and the manicured greens of the world-famous Dubsdread Golf Course, which provide a stunning backdrop for any event. The venue is located just 10 minutes north of downtown Orlando and features three distinct spaces within the facility that can be selected from, or combined, to accommodate groups of varying sizes. Not only does the venue have a great location, but it also offers a variety of options for events of varying sizes. This gorgeous country club setting, which is both comfortable and traditional, is perfect for arranging large weddings, corporate events, intimate parties, and small business meetings. All of these events can be planned here. The Ballroom, Florida Room, Brick Courtyard, and Fairview Room are the primary venues for the parties and receptions that we host. The Florida Room at our hotel is not only roomy but also very comfortable. It works exceptionally well for cocktail hours, business events, banquets, fund-raising dinners, and workshops. The Florida Room, which can also be used for wedding ceremonies and looks out onto our picturesque Brick Courtyard, is located on the second floor. The entirety of the facility is encircled by majestic oak trees that are over a hundred years old, and the greens of the renowned Dubsdread Golf Course are meticulously manicured, making outdoor events and wedding ceremonies absolutely breathtaking. The Garden Room at Carver Park is a City of Eustis facility available for mid-size private events in Eustis, Florida. Attached to Carver Park, the Garden Room features a neutral interior with cream walls and white tile floors, along with garden-style tables suited to a range of celebrations — from family reunions and birthday parties to corporate meetings and wedding receptions. The rental includes use of the main room, tables and chairs, a partial kitchen with an ice maker, microwave, coffee urn, and refrigerator/freezer, plus a podium and microphone. The space accommodates up to 75 guests and is handicap accessible.

The UCF FAIRWINDS Alumni Center is a LEED-certified event facility on the University of Central Florida campus in Orlando, situated across from the Addition Financial Arena on Gemini Boulevard. The center serves as the gathering place for the UCF community and is available for private event rentals by external groups, university departments, and student organizations. The facility offers a range of configurable spaces to suit events of varying sizes. The Grand Ballroom spans 4,800 square feet and accommodates up to 400 guests for a standing reception, 240 for a banquet, or 320 in theater-style seating. The ballroom divides into two or three independently rentable sections for smaller gatherings. Additional spaces include the SGA Board Room, suited for meetings and presentations of up to 100 in theater style, and the Dr. Hitt Library, a more intimate setting for up to 35 guests. The Lobby and Patio together host up to 200 for a standing reception, while the Alumni Front Lawn accommodates up to 300 in theater-style seating. All catering and food service must be contracted through a UCF-approved caterer, and rentals include an eight-hour block covering setup, event time, and breakdown. Equipment such as dance floors, projectors, wireless microphones, and up-lighting packages is available for an additional fee. Complimentary wireless internet is provided. The Alumni Center accepts reservations up to twelve months in advance, and venue tours are available by appointment Monday through Friday.
