The Swan Coach House, located in Buckhead on the grounds of the Atlanta History Center, provides guests with a comprehensive overview of the city of Atlanta. This historic structure is home to an art gallery, a restaurant, a gift store, and a variety of event facilities for all occasions. The proceeds will be used to support the visual arts community in Atlanta. With sliding glass doors that open onto a terrace on the top level, the Katydid Room is a bright and airy space. The Swan Room, located on the second level, is a cozy and well-liked space. Sally's Porch is a private room on the upper level with a wonderful view of the grounds. It is accessible only via stairs. The surrounding outside patio and garden are accessible from both sides of this magnificent space, which is encircled by French doors on two sides. The BelleNita Room is equipped with audiovisual capabilities as well as a built-in bar. This room, which is located on the main floor, is the focal point of the Swan Coach House and makes for an ideal backdrop for any occasion. In addition, the Gift Shop and Gallery are housed on the first floor of the building.

OUR FAMILY-OWNED AND OPERATED CIDERY is a labor of love, as seen by the farm-inspired, industrial decor and the delectable flavor of our handcrafted ciders. Urban Tree, located on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta's West Midtown district, joins other local craft breweries in laying the groundwork for the neighborhood's revitalization. There hasn't been a single client for whom we haven't provided assistance in some capacity. We constantly chip in, whether it's managing truck unloads, climbing ladders to assist with a décor, or cleaning up "oopses" before anyone notices. When you've got a lot on your mind, having an additional hand, especially an experienced extra hand, is invaluable. There is more than enough space to craft your dreams with another 25,000 square feet of available leasing space. Our industrial environment is more adaptable than you may believe. Ambient+ also rents out cameras, lighting, and grip. Ambient gives you the best of both worlds without the hefty price tag, similar to dropping a New York apartment in sunny California. Ambient includes nearly 10,000 square feet of hardwood floors, big industrial windows, a massive cyc-wall, and roll-in access, and was designed by a photographer. 910. This studio was created about that time. That was over a century ago. Prior to the sinking of the Titanic. Before the First World War. Of course, they had no idea it was going to be a studio when they built it. They believed they'd constructed a plant that would turn raw cotton into fire-resistant garments. And they did so for a total of 84 years. After that, there were a few years of hand-wringing, followed by a few years of neglect and abandonment. They finally handed it up to Jason Ivany in 2007. Just before the 100th anniversary, he got it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be.

Host an unforgettable social gathering or have a memorable wedding ceremony at the historic venue setting. Designed by Philip Trammel Shutze in 1928 for Edward and Emily Inman, Swan House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This Atlanta landmark is versatile enough to host a dinner party or act as a pre-function space for the Grand Overlook ballroom. Consider adding a costumed interpreter that will perform historical character narratives. Edward Inman was heir to a large cotton brokerage fortune amassed after the Civil War. He was an Atlanta businessman with interests in real estate, transportation, and banking. His wife Emily was involved in philanthropy, politics, and society. In 1924, they hired the architectural firm of Hentz, Reid, and Adler to design a house for their property in Buckhead, a residential suburb of Atlanta. Noted architect Philip Trammel Shutze designed Swan House and its gardens, as well as many other important buildings in the city. He adapted Italian and English classical styles to accommodate 20th-century living for Swan House, which many consider his finest residential work. Emily lived in Swan House until her passing at age 84 in 1965. In 1966, the Atlanta Historical Society purchased the home and most of its original furnishings, ranging from 18th-century antiques to 20th-century objects. It opened to the public in 1967 as a house museum and headquarters of the Atlanta Historical Society. Formal gardens surround and showcase the 1928 historic mansion. Reminiscent of great Italian gardens, it is perched on a hill with a cascading fountain, terraced lawns, roses tumbling over stone walls, and clipped hedges. An intimate boxwood garden and formal motor court complete the landscape, making this one of Atlanta’s best-known and photographed sites. The lawns can accommodate 50 to 750 guests. Because Swan House is a historic house museum, parties and receptions are not allowed inside the mansion, but your guests can tour the mansion for a few hours during your event.

Events are once again in full swing, and everyone — from CEOs to brides — is ready to celebrate. While we were immersed in the virtual world, new event spaces in Atlanta opened their doors to provide us with new opportunities to come together to celebrate and perhaps even share hugs. Here are three of our favorite new venues for hosting corporate and social events alike, all of which have recently opened their doors. Guardian Works is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the public from harm. What it is is as follows: Guardian Works at Echo Street West is a 19-acre development on the Atlanta BeltLine's Westside Trail that is operated by Novare Events and is home to a variety of events. Condos, a hotel, offices, and other amenities are also available on the property. It has a rustic feel to it, but it also has high-end amenities. This mixed-use development has it all, which is why we love it! The Guardian Works event space, with its renovated brick-and-beam structure and double-height interior, is also a hit with attendees. The 1908 building, which has 8,000 square feet of interior space, also has 4,000 square feet of covered patio space and a 10,000-square-foot courtyard, among other amenities. It's not difficult to see that the possibilities for events are virtually limitless. The number of guests who will be accommodated is: Guardian Works at Echo Street West has a capacity of up to 1,200 guests and offers a variety of different space options. Bishop Station is a station in the city of Bishop, in the province of Durham. What it is: Bishop Station is a new venue operated by Novare Events that opened its doors recently. It is centrally located in Midtown, making it accessible to many parts of the city while remaining away from major thoroughfares, giving it a sense of seclusion. Built in the 1920s as a Gulf Oil Company building, it features original design elements that have been updated with modern amenities. What we like about it: The combination of the old and the new in this industrial space is a visual treat to behold. Antique brick walls enclose a 3,600-square-foot main event space that includes hardwood chevron flooring, a curved pine ceiling, and eye-catching iron chandeliers, among other amenities. During the day, the venue's massive windows along the perimeter let in plenty of natural light, while in the evening, the venue provides spectacular views of Midtown and Downtown Atlanta's skylines. It is possible to double the square footage of event space by adding two additional levels. Additional features include a furnished lounge, a built-in bar, and a spacious outdoor courtyard. Bishop Station can accommodate up to 300 guests in its interior space of 7,200 square feet and a generous outdoor courtyard.

Puritan Chemical Company built and operated The Foundry at Puritan Mill, which opened its doors in 1921 and is still in operation today. A variety of cleaning goods, including Puritan soap, were created and stored in the facility until they were sent out through the nearby Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. It was here that Puritan Chemical Company's Atlanta headquarters was located from 1946 to 1996. The property was bought by Urban Realty Partners and Weaver & Woodbery Company in 2000 with the intention of restoring it and converting it into a mixed-use site. The Foundry, with its 12,000 square feet of floor area, is a wonderfully striking and adaptable event venue. Original wood beams, spacious skylights, and polished concrete floors create a backdrop rich with character and history, highlighting the industrial past and vibrant present of Atlanta's popular Westside neighborhood and its surrounding neighborhoods. The expansive interior provides adequate space for the setup of practically any event, from formal weddings to high-energy social gatherings, and can accommodate up to 500 guests.

In 2011, when one of Atlanta's most celebrated and talented NBA players, Kevin Willis #42, teamed up with an award-winning and seasoned Los Angeles event designer/planner, they created a highly styled and vibrant event space! 42West Entertainment Group's event venue has emerged as one of Atlanta's most sought-after exclusive hot spots thanks to a clear aesthetic vision and nearly three decades of entertainment and celebrity-focused event experience. Event environments that are luxurious, exclusive, and creative are enhanced by the use of exquisite elements. 42West Entertainment Group extends a warm welcome. In terms of giving back to the communities in which they live, Kevin and Lauren have been at it for a long time. Between them, Kevin and Lauren have invested their hearts and souls into the underserved populations of inner cities all across the United States. They were able to create what is perhaps the most unique aspect of 42West Entertainment Group as a result of their non-profit experience. The duo came to the conclusion that the only way they could devote their full attention to an event space was to ensure that it included a significant give-back program. This will result in the donation of 42West to non-profit organizations in the metro Atlanta area at no cost to the organizations. Additionally, prime dates and times will be made available, as opposed to other event venues that tend to offer small discounts only on undesirable days and times of the week, as is the case with other venues. Smoke Rise Country Club is a private member club set on a wooded property in Stone Mountain, Georgia, where an 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, a pool, fitness facilities, and dining come together in one community-focused setting. The club hosts private events for both members and non-members through its ballroom, which accommodates more than 200 guests. Weddings, birthday parties, business meetings, and milestone celebrations are all within scope, with customizable food and beverage menus and professional event coordination provided by a dedicated events director. A uniform and linen factory transformed into a spacious event space. Since 1994, we have operated as a family-owned company. I grew up with my parents who owned and ran a uniform and linen firm that is still in business now. When they launched a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee in 2001, they catered to some of the most elite clientele in the greater Atlanta region. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia, we learnt all about the ins and outs of being gracious in the hospitality business. In 2016, we sold the company, and in 2017, we renamed the space Factory Atlanta to reflect the new ownership. Ideally, we would like to collaborate with people who have a clear picture in mind for their project, their special day, or their milestone event. The Showroom is 2400 square feet and can accommodate events of up to 100 people. The glass garage door provides views of the spectacular railroad lines in the back and has enough space to accommodate a truck or a car. A lasting impression on your guests will be created by the Showroom. The Factory Floor provides you with 5600 square feet of creative flexibility. Because of the concrete flooring and 18-foot ceilings, you may design a really unique experience to your needs. You may let your creativity run wild when you have the Showroom at your disposal.

The Red Brick Brewing Company is a one-of-a-kind venue and is an excellent spot for your next private event.
