It is historically significant because of its association with Victor Hugo Kriegshaber, who was a leader in the cultural and economic development of Atlanta during the first third of the twentieth century and who was also the original owner of this house." He commissioned the building to be designed by architect Willis F. Danny just before 1900, and he and his family lived there until their deaths in the year 1924. Denny's work is exemplified by the Kriegshaber residence; he was only in Atlanta for a few years before his untimely death at the age of 31 from pneumonia, but he managed to design many of the city's most prestigious public and private structures before 1905. The house is a notable transitional statement in terms of style, combining late Victorian and eclectic elements in a cohesive whole. The Wrecking Bar Brewpub has three different event spaces, each with a different capacity and atmosphere: the Wrecking Bar Brewpub, the Wrecking Bar Brewpub, and the Wrecking Bar Brewpub. The Biergarten is an event space located in our brewery warehouse that can accommodate up to 42 people seated and up to 100 people standing. There are twelve beer taps and fermentation tanks in the room, so it is definitely a casual venue, and it has a built-in stage, which makes it ideal for celebrations that include live music. It is located within our historic house, The Marianna, and serves as a private dining room for up to 20 people. The space can accommodate up to 30 people for a seated event or 40 people for a standing, cocktail-style event. In addition to dinner parties and get-togethers, the Parlor is an excellent venue for workplace mixers, book clubs, birthday parties, and rehearsal dinners. This is our formal event space, located on the main floor of the house, and it can accommodate up to 250 people in seating capacity. Because of its high ceilings, stained glass windows, and original fireplaces, it is an excellent venue for weddings (both ceremony and reception), breakout sessions, rehearsal dinners, and holiday parties.

Banshee is a restaurant + bar located in East Atlanta Village serving New American fare that's focused on seasonality. It was opened by partners Peter Chvala, Nolan Wynn, Katie McDonald, and Faielle Bolzan Stocco with the intent of providing upscale food and beverage in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Within it's first year of operation Executive Chef Nolan Wynn was awarded "Best New Chef 2018" by Atlanta Magazine and was nominated as a semifinalist for "Rising Star Chef of the Year" by the James Beard Foundation. Banshee also features a cocktail driven bar that has a small curated selection of local beers and an eclectic wine list. The Clarkston Community Center is a nonprofit event and community gathering space housed in a repurposed early-20th-century school building in Clarkston, Georgia. Founded in 1994, the center serves one of the most culturally diverse communities in the United States, connecting longtime residents with newly arrived families and refugees through arts, education, wellness, and cultural programming. The facility offers more than 10,000 square feet of indoor event space, including Angora Hall — a 2,900-square-foot room with vaulted exposed-beam ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a curtained stage, and a baby grand piano — alongside smaller rooms suited for meetings and workshops. The turn-of-the-century architecture and hardwood floors give the building a distinctive character well suited to ceremonies, performances, receptions, and cultural events. The center has hosted weddings, funerals, pageants, film productions, and community gatherings, and its events team is available Monday through Friday to assist with bookings and planning.

Nina and Rafi is a neighborhood pizza business located on the Atlanta Beltline. Pizza and Italian-style pub meals are served, and a complete bar is available, including an extensive amaro collection. We are a rustic Italian restaurant and pizzeria that also serves brunch. The Detroit-style pizza served here has developed a cult following, and the drinks served here are among the most inventive on the BeltLine. A rustic Italian diner atmosphere is created inside the restaurant with red-leather banquettes and an open kitchen, while black walls, industrial light fixtures, and damaged mirrors provide an element of modernity to the space. Gunshow is a restaurant and private event venue at 924 Garrett Street in Atlanta's Glenwood Park neighborhood, built around an unconventional, chef-driven dining format. Dishes are presented tableside by Chef Cody Chassar and his team, and cocktails are prepared tableside on a rolling cart — making every meal an interactive experience. The open kitchen anchors the dining room, bringing the culinary process into full view of every guest. For private events, Gunshow offers full restaurant buyouts available Wednesday through Saturday, accommodating up to 70 guests for seated dinners and up to 125 for reception-style events. Seasonal menus are designed and crafted by the Gunshow chefs specifically for each event, with multiple package tiers ranging from a 4-course dinner to a 5-course plated dinner with action stations and a full bar.
