Zingerman's Cornman Farms is a historic, multi-award-winning event venue and culinary destination set on 27 acres just minutes from Ann Arbor, Michigan. The property — a restored red barn, white farmhouse with rocking chairs, maple trees, and sunflowers — was reimagined as an event venue by Executive Chef and Managing Partner Kieron Hales, whose culinary training spans the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in England and Michelin-starred kitchens across France and Italy. The farm specializes in intimate celebrations, from elopements and micro-weddings to full gatherings of up to 75 guests, anchored by farm-to-table meals crafted by the on-site culinary team. All-inclusive wedding packages weave ceremony, florals, photography, catering, and event coordination into one seamless experience, so guests can remain fully present throughout the day. For corporate groups, the 19th-century Red Barn accommodates 20 to 50 guests and offers a distinct setting for retreats and private meetings, complete with two wood-burning fireplaces, an expansive bar area, and a loft-and-lounge layout.

White Oak Farms has been meticulously designed to meet all of your wedding dreams, from our all-white interior and exterior to our exposed gray-washed trusses and stunning chandeliers, to our covered porch and gorgeous 8,000 sq ft courtyard. This room is ideal for your wedding party to get ready, take pictures, and relax in before the big day. Each suite is even equipped with a private half bath. Our spacious "Tack Room" is ideal for serving drinks, favors, and food, as well as for hosting your DJ. During a ceremony, our beautiful sliding barn doors can be closed off to keep this space private. In addition, our grand staircase is ideal for your grand entrance and for taking photographs. Our owner previously worked as a wedding planner, and she designed the space specifically with brides in mind. Your guests will be taken aback from the moment they walk through the door! The owners, Greg and Rebecca Engstrom, have had a long-held dream of creating the perfect all-occasion venue at White Oak for quite some time. They believe that everyone who works on the farm should feel like they are a member of the same extended family. Each event is customized to meet your specific requirements. Carlyle Grill has been a fixture on Ann Arbor's west side since 2006, built around daily scratch cooking with ingredients sourced from Michigan producers. The menu centers on steaks, burgers, salads, and comfort-food staples — all prepared fresh in-house each day. The dining room is anchored by mahogany accents and flagstone columns, with two open-air patios for seasonal outdoor seating. For private events, the venue offers a dedicated dining room that seats up to 50 guests with its own private entrance, ADA accessibility, and complimentary on-site parking. The events team handles setup, linens, and dedicated service staff, while the kitchen provides curated group menus designed for both lunch and dinner gatherings.

Weber's Boutique Hotel & Restaurant has been family owned and operated since 1937, offering over 9,000 square feet of event space in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Two main ballrooms form the core of the venue's event program: the Grand Ballroom, the largest and most central space in the building, accommodates receptions of up to 290 guests, while the Atrium Ballroom — distinguished by high ceilings, natural lighting, and adjacency to the hotel's four-seasons pool — hosts receptions of up to 170 guests. An outdoor patio with overhead string lights extends the Atrium's footprint for evening gatherings. Wedding packages at Weber's include on-site accommodations for the couple, a five-hour premium open bar, champagne toast, appetizers, floor-length linens, and custom centerpieces. Custom wedding cakes are created in-house at Weber's Bakeshop. A dedicated events team manages coordination from initial consultation through the celebration, and the property is recognized as a University of Michigan approved vendor.

Just six miles from the center of Ann Arbor is a stunning outdoor arena. Our 2400 square foot historical barn, which is situated on sixteen tranquil acres, provides space for a band, dancing, and dining. Barn seating for up to 130 people, and a tent site with seating for up to 250 people is available for groups larger than 130. The location looks out over a lovely pond surrounded by open fields and marshes. Historic structures that have been specially repaired set amidst lovely perennial gardens. This environment will guarantee a memorable and lovely day. The Valley was created with the intention of preserving and repairing historic buildings in Washtenaw County. The Valley is the outcome of Misty Farm's enormous success. In the past, people have gathered in farms and barns to celebrate life and the wealth of the earth. The Valley at Frutig Farms is a family-owned historic barn venue on the western edge of Ann Arbor, Michigan. The centerpiece is a gable-roof barn built circa 1875, carefully restored by the Frutig family, who purchased the surrounding property in 1999. The Valley hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, and charity events for up to 250 guests. Couples have access to the full property across the weekend — Friday starting at noon for decorating, rehearsing, and hosting a welcome party, Saturday for the wedding day, and Sunday for final pickups. Every booking includes a dedicated day-of coordinator, full setup and cleanup by the venue team, and bar service delivered and staged by a TIPS-certified staff. The barn complex offers several distinct areas for different moments of the day: the main barn, with its original wooden beams, for dancing and celebrations; an upper barn for bridal preparation and rehearsal dinners; a Sperry wedding tent for seated dining; and open-air ceremony grounds on the farm. Food is provided through a curated list of preferred caterers at various price points.
