Zingerman's Cornman Farms

Zingerman's Cornman Farms is a historic, multi-award-winning event venue and culinary destination set on 27 acres just minutes from Ann Arbor, Michigan. The property — a restored red barn, white farmhouse with rocking chairs, maple trees, and sunflowers — was reimagined as an event venue by Executive Chef and Managing Partner Kieron Hales, whose culinary training spans the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in England and Michelin-starred kitchens across France and Italy. The farm specializes in intimate celebrations, from elopements and micro-weddings to full gatherings of up to 75 guests, anchored by farm-to-table meals crafted by the on-site culinary team. All-inclusive wedding packages weave ceremony, florals, photography, catering, and event coordination into one seamless experience, so guests can remain fully present throughout the day. For corporate groups, the 19th-century Red Barn accommodates 20 to 50 guests and offers a distinct setting for retreats and private meetings, complete with two wood-burning fireplaces, an expansive bar area, and a loft-and-lounge layout.
