Kentlands Mansion is a historic early 1900s brick estate owned by the City of Gaithersburg, offering a refined setting for weddings, receptions, mitzvahs, corporate events, and social gatherings in the heart of Montgomery County, Maryland. The mansion's interiors reflect the grandeur of its era — 22-foot ceilings, dark wood paneling, polished hardwood floors, and crystal chandeliers set the tone across four rentable rooms on the first floor: the Yellow Room, the Helz Music Room, a formal dining room, and a parlor with the building's original fireplace. Together, these spaces accommodate up to 110 guests for a seated dinner or 150 for a cocktail reception. Two additional rooms on the second floor are well-suited for smaller social and business functions. Outdoors, couples may exchange vows on the manicured front lawn or in the intimate flagstone side garden with its central fountain, and the canopied porch connecting the Yellow Room to the grounds offers a flexible indoor-outdoor transition. Rental includes tables, chairs, two dressing rooms for the wedding party, and use of a catering kitchen. Kentlands Mansion maintains an open-catering policy — clients may bring any licensed, insured caterer of their choice. Complimentary parking and wheelchair accessibility round out the amenities.

Hidden Brook Winery is a family-owned winery set in a custom log cabin surrounded by a peaceful forest in Loudoun County, Virginia. Built by owners Eric and Deborah Hauck in 2000 with the help of family and friends, the winery opened in September 2001 and is one of the original ten wineries established in Loudoun County. The first vines were planted in 1998, and the Haucks' favorite varietals include the French-American hybrids Vidal Blanc and Chambourcin, crafted with an Italian approach that yields softer-tannin, fruit-forward reds. Nestled in a grove of shady pine trees, the winery offers a cozy, relaxed atmosphere both indoors and out. The grounds include seating on the front porch, picnic tables along the lawn, a gazebo, and two fire pits, while the open-concept log cabin interior features high ceilings, natural log walls, a fireplace, and a full bar. Hidden Brook Winery is family- and pet-friendly, welcoming children and well-mannered pets throughout the property. The winery hosts live music, weddings, and private events, and maintains an event calendar for guests planning a visit.

For over 65 years, Springfield Golf & Country Club has been a private gathering place for members and their families in Springfield, Virginia, offering a golf course, tennis and racquets courts, a pool, and patio. Alongside its membership programs, the club hosts nonmember events such as weddings, galas, and seminars in its second-floor event spaces, with sponsorship by a member preferred but not required. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 220 guests for weddings, quinceañeras, and company holiday parties, with a chandelier, a large picture window overlooking the golf course, and access to a balcony with additional seating and lounge space. An airwall can divide the room into Ballroom A and Ballroom B for smaller gatherings, each with its own bar and views of the course. The club's culinary team offers plated and buffet dining, kids' menus, signature cocktails and mocktails, and desserts from an in-house pastry chef, with wedding cakes and other treats prepared on-site rather than delivered. Outside catering is not permitted, and the Director of Banquets & Special Events works with hosts on venue space, food and beverage minimums, and dietary accommodations.
