Newport Car Museum occupies an 80,000-square-foot former missile manufacturing facility on seven acres in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, where it has displayed a private collection of more than 100 automobiles since opening in 2017. The collection spans eight decades of modern industrial automotive design, from the 1950s to the present, organized into curated galleries for Ford/Shelby cars, Corvettes, World Cars, Porsches, Fin Cars, Muscle Cars, and Mopars. Mid-Century modern furniture is displayed throughout the galleries alongside the cars, extending the museum's design focus beyond the automobiles themselves. For private events, the museum's Wheel Room offers an 1,800-square-foot multipurpose space that accommodates up to 100 guests in conference or social-style configurations, equipped with audio/visual capabilities and set against the backdrop of the museum's automotive and Mid-Century furniture collections. Stepping Stone Ranch is a 118-acre working farm and equestrian facility in rural West Greenwich, Rhode Island, established in the mid-1950s by the Davis family and under Waldron family ownership since 1995. Over the decades the ranch has hosted thousands of guests and celebrity performances, and was named a Yankee Editor's Choice, Best of New England pick in 2011. Alongside its riding lessons, clinics, boarding, and summer camp programs, the ranch hosts weddings and special events in rustic, shabby-chic indoor and outdoor spaces. An indoor hall accommodates up to 300 guests, while the ranch's outdoor grounds, complete with a music stage, can hold more than 1,000. A full liquor license, on-site catering or cooking options, ample parking, and connections to local vendors for party tents and horse-drawn carriages round out the ranch's offerings for weddings, fundraisers, music festivals, and family reunions.

The Herreshoff Marine Museum is a premier waterfront location for your next special event, such as a clambake, business meeting, small conference, corporate retreat, holiday party, regatta, wedding, or family reunion. The museum is located on the banks of the Hudson River. In the midst of dozens of exceptional historic Herreshoff boats on an exceptional waterfront property overlooking Bristol Harbor, our facilities provide a beautiful and historic setting for your event. The Museum provides several attractive options for your meeting, social event, or wedding, including the Waterfront, Hall of Boats, Aria Gallery, Conference Room, and the second floor of the historic Burnside Building, among other locations. All year long, the Museum offers a variety of unique indoor and outdoor spaces that can accommodate groups ranging from 25 to 200 people. Industrial heaters are used in the fall and winter to keep your party warm and toasty even in the coldest of temperatures. A special place to infuse your dinner or reception with a unique vibe, the Hall of Boats can be found on the ground floor of the Museum and is fully handicap accessible. It is the heart of the Herreshoff collection and is located on the ground floor of the Museum. Your event will take place among more than a dozen magnificent antique wooden boats, all of which were built by the Herreshoff Manufacturing Company, in this impressive space. Many of the boats are mounted on wheeled platforms that can be moved to accommodate and customize events of any size or configuration, including weddings. We have the capacity to accommodate 125 people for a seated dinner and 250 people for cocktails. On your request, a projection screen can be made available. Tables and chairs are always included in the rental price.

Sprout CoWorking is a coworking community set on the Rising Sun Mills campus, just outside downtown Providence, Rhode Island, accessible from Interstate 95 and Route 10 on Valley Street. Alongside its shared office space, Sprout offers the Riverside Venue, a 1,500-square-foot post-industrial-style event space with high ceilings and eight large windows that bring in natural light by day and warm, high-quality lighting at night. The Riverside Venue can be arranged in a variety of layouts using its 90 chairs and 15 large tables, and comes equipped with an AV system with HD projector, a PA system with two microphones, high-speed WiFi, and a state-of-the-art noise suppression system. Optional on-site catering is available, and free off-street parking serves guests. The space, along with Sprout's other event areas, is wheelchair accessible. Squantum Association is a private dining club and public event space set on ten acres of historic grounds along Narragansett Bay in Riverside, Rhode Island. Chartered in 1872, the club has hosted presidents and dignitaries over the decades and was featured on the BBC Network's Great American Railroad Journeys. The property's two signature buildings anchor its event spaces. The Clubhouse, built in 1899 and 1900, sits high on the rocks of Squantum Point with the feel of a Newport-style mansion; it houses the Culture Room bar, a working fireplace, a glass-enclosed sunroom, and a second-floor deck overlooking the bay. The Bakehouse, established in 1889, is the association's main event space, accommodating up to 150 guests for a seated dinner and up to 225 for a cocktail reception, with WiFi, surround sound, and a projector and screen built in. Squantum hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events, along with traditional New England clambakes steamed over hot coals and seaweed.
