Pearl Box Townhouse spans three thoughtfully designed floors: a ground-level private dining room and two upper levels housing our retro-inspired cocktail bar. Each floor has its own energy and character, and they can be used separately or combined to create a dynamic flow and increase guest capacity. The space was brought to life by NYC design icons Fabiana Faria and Helena Barquet, the creative minds behind Coming Soon NYC, known for their playful yet refined aesthetic. Imagine a cocktail party across the top two floors followed by an intimate seated dinner downstairs, or start the night with a feast before heading upstairs for a full-blown dance party (yes, our license goes until 1:00AM). TheTyger is a South East Asian Restaurant at 1 Howard Street- the border of Manhattan’s Soho and Chinatown. Opened in September 2020 at the height of the Pandemic, The Tyger quickly established itself as a beloved, high energy, exceptional dining experience. It marries some of the city’s best South EastAsian food with a fun, bright bistro space. The space is unlike any other in downtown Manhattan.Incorporating our main dining room and our semi and private dining rooms, the space can be activated and reimagined to host a wide variety of events and celebrations. The Tyger is ideal for hosting sit down dinners, stand up cocktail receptions or dance parties both day and night. Situated on the waterfront in the vibrant neighborhood of Dumbo, Smack Mellon offers a truly unique venue for private parties and corporate events. The building is across the street from the picturesque Brooklyn Bridge Park between the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges with breathtaking views of the City skyline. Located in the recently renovated “Boiler Building”, Smack Mellon’s gallery is an especially exciting space with tremendous architectural elements. The 6,000 square foot gallery boasts a ceiling that soars to 35 feet. There are 25 windows on two levels providing beautiful light and a spectacular view of Manhattan and the East River. Smack Mellon is just one subway stop from Manhattan with easy access to the BQE, Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridges and ample parking in nearby garages. The building is handicap accessible.

What was once the first Chinese Opera House on the East Coast now houses contemporary Chinese restaurant, Chinese Tuxedo, and lively cocktail bar, Peachy’s. The split-level space was the headquarters for Chinatown’s notorious Tong wars in the early 1900’s and has been thoughtfully restored, incorporating midcentury touches while retaining historical details such as the original pillars, stripped-down walls and now-sealed secret tunnel entryways. The kitchen executes a flavorful, eclectic Chinese Banquet style menu complemented by inventive cocktails, a dynamic wine list and a selection of Chinese and American craft beers. 5 Doyers Street is comprised of two unique spaces Chinese Tuxedo and Peachy’s. Each venue can be booked separately or together for private events. It can be rented with a 1,000 sf mezzanine and lounge, a DJ room overlooking the entire venue, and an office space that can be used for storage or as a back-of-house area. The West Village event space is street - level and has seamless drive-in access. It can be rented with or without the classic cars, adding a unique touch to your event. From American classics like a 1957 Ford Thunderbird to European exotics such as a 1973 Ferrari Daytona, you can choose cars to display. The venue is in a free-standing building and can accommodate amplified music, making it uniquely suitable for social events, cocktail parties, dance parties, and listening parties.
