Loop Studios Inc. is a unique, premium setting designed for production and corporate events. Our high-end space has 6 different spaces including a large great room, library, wellness room, apothecary, kitchen and outdoor courtyard. We are also right across the street from a beautifully designed park. Our space is perfect for corporate off-sites with a large presentation and meeting room and full LED flat panel. We only rent for full days (not by the hour), you can rent one studio for $5,000 or the entire space for $8,000 for up to 12 hours. This includes a studio and kitchen manager but does not include catering. Should you require catering or have more than 100 people, rental of the entire space is mandatory. Pioneer Works is a 501c3 non-profit that presents programs, public events, artist residencies, and classes — 85% of which are free and open to the public — across the disciplines of visual art, science, music, technology, and narrative arts. Pioneer Works offers unique, scalable spaces and a 20,000-square-foot garden that can accommodate a wide variety of events: from large-scale build outs, conferences and dinners, to film shoots, screenings and intimate receptions. Income generated by rentals goes directly back into supporting our programs, public events, artist residencies and classes. Rental fees ranging from $10,000 - $38,000 are daily rates for 8am–1am. Overages are subject to an additional hourly fee. Non-profit organizations receive a 20% discount off our standard rental pricing. Pioneer Works is a multi-functional space. An additional fee will apply to limit staff and residents access to the building around the event.

Well& by Durst is the premier event and meeting space on the 64th floor of One World Trade Center, with up to 10,000 square feet of usable space. For larger events we are able to open both floors for events and we are able to accommodate 200 guests seated, or 300 guests standing. All of our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention.
