The Newburyport Senior/Community Center is a municipal community facility at 331 High Street in Newburyport, Massachusetts, available for private event rentals outside of its daytime senior programming hours. On the main floor, two Community Rooms — Room A and Room B — can be reserved individually or combined into a single larger space. The Phoenix Room occupies the entire third floor of a historic building in the heart of downtown Newburyport, Massachusetts. Recently restored to its Federal-era character, the space features a magnificent brass chandelier, original working fireplaces, hardwood floors, and thirteen six-foot-high windows that frame exceptional views of the surrounding historic district. A high arched ceiling and an abundance of natural light complete the setting. Suited to weddings, private parties, and corporate events, The Phoenix Room accommodates up to 120 guests for a plated dinner, 110 for a buffet, and 140 for a cocktail celebration.
