The Victoria Inn is a historic bed & breakfast and event venue set on 5.6 acres in Hampton, New Hampshire, half a mile from the Atlantic Ocean. Renovated in 2013, the property offers two distinct event settings alongside seven overnight guest rooms that accommodate up to 20 guests. The covered Garden Pavilion hosts outdoor events from April through November, accommodating up to 150 seated guests or 225 for cocktail receptions. The open-air Gazebo adjoins the pavilion and is well suited for ceremonies. For smaller gatherings, the Main House welcomes up to 70 guests across a dining room, living room, and enclosed sun room, and is available year-round. The venue provides on-site catering and bar service, day-of coordination, furniture, tableware, and full setup and breakdown. Flag Hill Distillery & Winery is a family-owned, 110-acre agricultural estate in Lee, New Hampshire, recognized as the state's oldest winery, largest vineyard, and oldest distillery. Grape growing began on the property in 1987, winery operations followed in 1990, and in 2004 the estate opened a distillery — the first legal distillery in New Hampshire since Prohibition. The acreage is permanently preserved under a conservation easement, and the property's own gardens and crops supply ingredients for the on-site kitchen throughout the year. Two distinct settings serve private events: a tented vineyard venue accommodating up to 300 guests for ceremonies and receptions set among the vine rows, and a restored post-and-beam barn suited to more intimate gatherings of up to 80. Both are supported by two dedicated on-site coordinators and an executive chef whose seasonal menus draw directly from the estate's gardens. Only one event is hosted per day.

St. Andrew's-by-the-Sea is a historic stone chapel on the New Hampshire Seacoast that has welcomed worshippers and celebrants since its first service on August 4, 1876. Designed by Walter T. Winslow and George H. Wetherell, the chapel is a distinguished example of rural stone architecture influenced by English parish church design, featuring a distinctive interior where wooden trusses arranged like an inverted boat support a heavy slate roof. The chapel houses an extraordinary collection of stained glass, including two Tiffany windows, a window by John LaFarge, and three windows originally displayed at the 1876 Philadelphia Exposition. In 2002, the chapel was designated to the National Register of Historic Places; its slate roof was fully restored in 2019 with support from a state historic preservation grant. Weddings and ceremonies are held from mid-May through mid-October, welcoming up to 150 guests. Episcopal priests and clergy from other Christian denominations may officiate, and the venue is open to couples of all backgrounds. The chapel's events team recommends booking well in advance to secure a date.

The Isles of Shoals Steamship Company operates private charters aboard the M/V Thomas Laighton, a 90-foot Victorian steamship replica berthed in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The vessel hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and bridal showers on the water, cruising through Portsmouth Harbor and along the Piscataqua River with views of the historic Isles of Shoals. Three decks give the vessel flexibility for events of different sizes and styles. Two fully heated, enclosed indoor cabins offer shelter in any season, while the open sundeck provides an outdoor gathering space with harbor views. The building dates to 1805, and its cathedral ceilings, stained glass details, and floor-to-ceiling windows give the space a character suited to weddings and private celebrations. A 2002 renovation preserved the historic architecture while adding contemporary updates including new flooring, a refreshed bar, and a greenery wall. With capacity for up to 180 seated guests, Steeple Hall is the only wedding venue in Newburyport able to host that size of event comfortably. The space scales from 25-person corporate meetings to full receptions, and accommodates cocktail parties and private dinners of various sizes in between. A private outdoor patio offers a garden setting for up to 35 guests, and a Farmers Table in the main dining room provides a more intimate option for groups of up to 18. The venue is fully handicap accessible, air-conditioned, and equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi and a wireless microphone. An on-site Event Director is available full-time, and catering across all spaces is provided by Mission Oak Grill.

At Willow Spring Vineyards, we can make your fantasy come true, whether it's an exquisite setting, rustic charm, or a green facility. This hidden gem, only 30 miles north of Boston, is the ideal venue for your big day. Willow Spring Vineyards is a picture-perfect location for unforgettable events in our hand-hewn post and beam barn, which sits on more than twenty acres of land. The barn can accommodate up to 99 people for events. A large landscape project completed in 2015 resulted in a lovely lawn area and patio with a stunning fireplace. This grass is large enough to accommodate a tent for up to 200 people. In the year 2000, Jim and Cindy Parker bought a dilapidated barn and a plot of land from Mary Ray. We started the adventure with a strong focus on restoration and agriculture. Beginning with the dismantling of the eighteenth-century building, we began mapping and marking each piece in preparation for potential re-assembly. The edifice was pulled down piece by piece and logged for rebuilding with the help of family, friends, neighbors, and passers-by. For the huge space, an energy efficient system was designed as part of the green building planning. This barn is truly green, thanks to geothermal heating and cooling and a photovoltaic system (solar panels). Our two acres of grapes surround the beautiful 18th century barn, which can easily be seen from the road. The magnificent 25+ acres continue behind the barn, which may be appreciated from the wraparound deck or in front of the majestic hearth.

Set within nearly 50 acres of trails, meadows, and pond views in Groveland, Massachusetts, Veasey Memorial Park is a Town of Groveland conservation property that has welcomed private events since the town acquired it in 1996. The main building — originally constructed in 1909 — houses four distinct rental spaces. The Great Hall is a 1,500-square-foot former chapel with a high arching buttressed wooden ceiling and tall tinted-glass windows; it accommodates 70 guests seated in reception style, or up to 100 for a ceremony. The Veasey Suite is a craftsman-style living room and adjoining dining room anchored by a working fireplace built from striated rock from the Merrimack River. The Mill Rooms comprise two rooms with honey-toned hardwood floors and an Inglenook fireplace, suited for up to 40 guests. The Boardroom is a recently renovated meeting room with comfortable seating and a presentation setup, accommodating up to 50. Full-venue bookings bring together all indoor spaces and the grounds for up to 200 guests. The park places no restrictions on outside caterers or tent rentals. Tables, chairs, and Wi-Fi are included in all rentals; two commercial kitchens are available on request. Proceeds from private events directly support the Groveland Conservation Commission and the ongoing stewardship of the park.

Black Swan Country Club is a 38,000-square-foot Victorian-style venue set on 120 acres in Georgetown, Massachusetts, on Boston's North Shore. The property combines a traditional New England setting with a country club ambiance, anchored by an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Philip Wogan. Two dedicated ballrooms — the Andover and the Essex — host weddings, corporate events, showers, proms, fundraisers, galas, and milestone celebrations. The Andover Ballroom accommodates up to 325 guests beneath cathedral ceilings with pewter chandeliers and walls of windows, while French doors open to a balcony overlooking the course and a waterfall. The Essex Ballroom seats up to 210 guests under similar cathedral ceilings with chandeliers and elegant window treatments, with its own private balcony and spacious dance floor. Both ballrooms feature hardwood dance floors, silver Chiavari chairs, full-length linens, seasonal coat rooms, and a dedicated event manager who coordinates ceremony logistics, place cards, and day-of details.
