The Ervin J. Nutter Center is a 260,000-square-foot multipurpose arena at Wright State University in the Dayton, Ohio area, at the intersection of I-75 and I-70. Since its first event in December 1990, it has hosted concerts, collegiate and professional sports, ice shows, circuses, and private events, welcoming touring acts such as KISS, Cirque du Soleil, Elton John, Carrie Underwood, and the Eagles alongside Wright State's basketball and volleyball teams. Beyond the main arena, which reconfigures for crowds of roughly 2,000 to 11,200 depending on the event setup, the venue offers several dedicated spaces for private events. The Berry Room is a flexible banquet and conference facility that can be divided into up to three rooms and is a popular choice for wedding receptions, while McLin Gym converts into a large-scale banquet hall for receptions, conferences, and trade shows. Eighteen luxury suites on the concourse level provide a more intimate setting for entertaining clients or small groups during games and concerts. The Ohio Barn is a historic wedding and event venue in Fairborn, Ohio, just outside Dayton and Springfield and conveniently located off I-675. At its heart stands an 1895 German bank barn, where century-old, hand-crafted timber frames a spacious 2,400-square-foot open floor plan. The barn seats up to 150 guests comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 180, and hundreds of decor items from the venue's inventory are included with every event. Set on more than 20 tranquil acres, the property offers multiple outdoor ceremony locations, including an open lawn below the barn with a rustic barn-wood pergola, plus plenty of scenic backdrops for photos. Onsite lodging keeps the whole celebration in one place: the Bunkhouse provides cozy two-bedroom, two-bath suites where the bridal party can get ready, and the Homestead, a beautifully remodeled 1835 two-story brick house, sleeps twelve for out-of-town guests. Owners Heidi and Josh, who took over the established venue in 2022, host just one event per day and offer packages ranging from a single day to a full weekend, with couples free to choose all of their own vendors.

Founded in 1930 when industrialist Al Wenrick set out to turn 150 acres of Dayton-area farmland into a golf course, Walnut Grove Country Club has grown into one of the area's established private clubs. The course opened in 1935, operating initially as Green-Mont Country Club before taking its current name as the property came to straddle county lines. While the golf course remains the club's cornerstone, Walnut Grove also welcomes weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, bridal and baby showers, anniversary parties, retirement celebrations, fundraisers, and holiday gatherings across six distinct venues. The Main Dining Room, the club's largest space, overlooks the golf course and opens onto a patio, making it a natural fit for wedding receptions and larger events. Smaller gatherings can move to the more casual Greenmont Room or the intimate Walnut Room, while corporate groups have use of the Mixed Grille for meetings with audio/visual support. NCR Country Club spans 350 acres of rolling, wooded countryside in Kettering, Ohio, just outside Dayton. Conceived by National Cash Register Corporation president Stanley Allyn and opened in 1954, the club pairs a colonial ranch-style clubhouse with two 18-hole courses designed by famed architect Dick Wilson. The South Course is ranked among Golfweek's Top 100 classically designed courses in America and has hosted championships including the 1969 PGA Championship, the 1986 U.S. Women's Open, the 2005 U.S. Senior Open, and the 2022 U.S. Senior Women's Open. For celebrations, the club's renovated banquet rooms accommodate gatherings of 10 to 350 guests, from wedding receptions and reunions in the 4,450-square-foot Ballroom to intimate showers and dinners in the Chairman's and Embers Rooms, many with panoramic views of both championship courses. The Willow Tree is a countryside wedding and event venue set on five acres just outside Tipp City, Ohio, built around an 1830s Federal-style home and a century-old celebration barn. The home's original section was built by Samuel and Mary Pearson, later expanded by Captain Newell Kerr in 1853, and the property served as part of the Underground Railroad. The Debold family acquired the house, outbuildings, and grounds in 1973 and restored the spring-fed pond and the springhouse-smokehouse, once recognized by the Ohio Historical Inventory as "the best ever seen." The venue has hosted weddings since the 1980s. The reception barn comfortably hosts up to 200 guests, who arrive by crossing a footbridge over the spring-fed pond that anchors the ceremony area. The west wing of the house includes a dedicated, climate-controlled bridal suite with a private bathroom and separate entrance, and a large covered porch offers a transition point between the house and the ceremony site. Couples may choose from a list of preferred caterers familiar with the property or bring in any licensed caterer of their choice, and tables and seating for up to 200 guests are included with the rental.

Magnolia Estate is a family-owned wedding venue campus in Miamisburg, Ohio, offering two distinct spaces on adjacent lots along Benner Road. Founded by Tina and Julio Sr. Gonzalez in 2011 after a personal experience navigating a fragmented wedding day, the estate was built from the ground up with ceremonies and receptions in mind from the start. The property now hosts over 100 weddings annually. The Magnolia Barn at 700 Benner Road seats up to 200 guests in a modern rustic setting with white interiors, soaring ceilings, exposed brick, and large windows. Rosewood Manor at 650 Benner Road accommodates up to 250 guests with a southern-inspired aesthetic featuring a grand staircase, chandeliers, balconies, and outdoor ceremony grounds along a creek. Both venues include tables and chairs, dedicated bridal and groom suites, cocktail patios with built-in bars, catering prep areas, handicap-accessible restrooms, and paved lighted parking. Magnolia Estate is an open vendor venue, and optional on-site coordination and decor packages are available through the in-house team. Patterson Homestead is a Federal-style historic house museum in Dayton, Ohio, built in stages between 1816 and 1850 by Col. Robert Patterson — a Revolutionary War veteran, founder of Lexington, Kentucky, and grandfather of NCR founder John H. Patterson. The property, originally known as Rubicon Farm, was donated to the city of Dayton in 1953 and is now operated by Dayton History. The museum's six period rooms display 18th- and 19th-century antiques and Patterson family artifacts alongside an exhibit gallery dedicated to the history of the National Cash Register Company. For private events, the grounds feature a lush green lawn, colorful gardens, and a picturesque white gazebo suited for outdoor wedding ceremonies.
