The Olson Mansion is one of the Northwest's most beautiful wedding locations, thanks to its beautiful gardens, breathtaking mountain background, and unique position in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. The Olson Mansion property, located in Maple Valley, Washington, is a 44-acre venue. An indoor or outdoor wedding at this historic monument will be unforgettable! Unique in its beauty and elegance, it is a one-of-a-kind setting for any occasion. An impressive 10,500 square foot home with a large parlour room, bridal suite, groom's room, and a wraparound deck with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. In addition, there is a newly rebuilt rustic barn that has been finished on both the exterior and the interior, and is clad in cedar siding. The Mansion, which was completed in 1906, has a total floor area of 10,500 square feet. There is a whole floor dedicated to a wedding suite and bridal party room, which is ideal for getting ready for and documenting your important day. In addition to a designated Groom's Quarters that's excellent for the males, the main floor has enough of space for immediate family to congregate and get ready in. While this barn was previously a working dairy barn when it was built in 1907, it was totally renovated in 2013 and is now the home of New Community Church as well as a rustic and exquisite wedding location. The Barn can accommodate 300 guests for a ceremony and 200 guests for a reception. It features a raised stage, toilets, heat, and air conditioning. We can't wait to show you everything!

Our extensive wedding amenities include elegant bridal suites and gentlemen's locker rooms, a professional in-house catering team, and one-of-a-kind photography locations, in addition to stunning panoramic views and a majestic English Manor-style clubhouse. The St. Andrews Ballroom offers panoramic views of Seattle, Bellevue, the Olympic Mountains, and Lake Washington, as well as 18-foot ceilings and an adjoining stone terrace, making it the ideal location for your wedding reception. The St. Andrews Ballroom, which boasts over 5,000 square feet of elegant space, can accommodate up to 350 guests. Our stone terrace, which is perfect for cocktail hours as well as stunning outdoor ceremonies, provides unobstructed views of the city skyline. It's the ideal location for photo opportunities such as a "first look." The Ballroom Patio can accommodate up to 300 guests in a reception-style setting. This spectacular, year-round tented structure offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Seattle skyline and is open from May to October. The Prestwick Terrace, which is appointed with grand chandeliers and removable floor-to-ceiling windows, can accommodate 350 guests for a seated ceremony and 150 guests for a seated reception.

Thornewood Castle, located on four acres near American Lake and studded with old growth fir trees, is a historic mansion. It was built in 1908 by Chester A. Thorne and is the only one of its sort on the west coast. The house measures 27,000 square feet and is decorated in the Gothic Tudor style. Thornewood, originally built as a single family property, has been painstakingly restored to its former glory as an elegant country inn. Explore the hallways where presidents and luminaries have trod before you. Presidents William Howard Taft and Theodore Roosevelt stayed in our presidential suite on their visit to Washington. Explore the grounds, which include a beautiful half-acre sunken English perennial garden. American Lake is a lovely place to swim, fish, and boat. Take pleasure in watching spectacular sunsets from the hand-tiled lakeside patio. Stained glass window insets from the Middle Ages, as well as antique furniture and artworks, decorate the mansion. Whatever you decide, we will spoil you and make your stay with us a memorable experience. Thornewood Castle is a destination wedding location in the Pacific Northwest that can accommodate both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. When WithinSodo was conceived, the Sodo building had existed as a metal shop, an industrial equipment sales location, and a warehouse for furniture storage. The bones were strong, the space open, and the character authentic. Highlighting the natural materials and creating a “function through form” design was the goal. We wanted to build a space that could adapt to and house a wide variety of events, from an hour-long photo shoot to a day-long corporate retreat and everything in between. The execution of a “flex space” required careful consideration to conform to as many different concepts as possible. The addition of kitchen and bar facilities as well as a rooftop deck brings an entirely new level of versatility and something unique to the Sodo neighborhood. The finished space consists of three dividable rooms of 1600 square feet each, a 3000 square foot roof deck, three bathrooms, a caterer’s kitchen, two bars, an 80" projection screen and audio ran throughout. With a total capacity of 500, WithinSodo caters to almost any type of event you can imagine. Our total allowed capacity is 625 – 450 downstairs and 175 upstairs. We continue to get inspired by WithinSodo and hope that you will too.

1712 Studios is a 10,000 sq ft industrial event venue in Seattle's SODO district, accommodating 50–400 guests. Exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, flexible floor plans, and full AV capabilities — we're built for corporate events, private parties, product launches, fundraisers, and brand activations. Our space is available until 2am, one of the few venues in Seattle offering late-night flexibility. Located at 1712 1st Ave S, minutes from downtown Seattle, with easy access to major freeways and the waterfront.
