As a historical landmark, the Corliss family has taken great pride in impeccably preserving and restoring the farm, highlighting its natural beauties. For years, historic Kelley Farm has been a leading location for couples and individuals seeking an intimate and modern venue. Appreciating its rich history and tradition, we've carefully restored our barn to preserve its rustic charm while pairing it with modern architectural twists that redefine and elevate what it means to host a quaint barn event. Located in Bonney Lake, Washington, our venue is easily accessible from Seattle and Tacoma.

Hazard Factory Outlet is a 3000 sq ft warehouse space we use for team building events and art shows. The outlet is managed by Hazard Factory, an industrial arts studio. The Outlet has 22 foot ceilings, a 20 by 30 movie screen, couches and a bar. It is very easy to load in and load out and parking is always available. We keep 200 chairs and 12 eight foot tables for our clients. This is a good space for pop-ups, birthday parties and presentations, or just to get people together for a movie night. It is low key.
