The Heirloom is a 19th-century building that started off as a printing company and later became home to the N.K. Hurst Co. Inc for the distribution of dried beans, peas, lentils, and sweeteners. In 2019, operations were moved to a new warehouse leaving the building to be meticulously restored to showcase its industrial character and stunning proportions as a gorgeous new event center. Black Iris Estate is a private luxury event venue set on more than 13 scenic acres in Carmel, Indiana, housed in a Southern-inspired mansion with gardens and the intimate Willow Chapel. The estate is managed by Thomas Caterers of Distinction, whose award-winning culinary team creates customized menus for each event — from weddings and galas to corporate gatherings. Inclusive packages feature on-site tables and chairs, an in-house audio and video system with microphones, projector, and screens, and dedicated bride and groom suites for ceremonies. River Glen Country Club is a golf course venue in Fishers, Indiana, about 15 minutes north of downtown Indianapolis. The clubhouse sits above an 18-hole golf course along the White River tree line, with pond views and sweeping fall sunsets that the venue is known for throughout central Indiana. The property underwent a full renovation in 2026. For weddings and private events, River Glen offers two complementary spaces: a covered outdoor ceremony deck that wraps around the clubhouse and overlooks the fairways and ponds, and an interior banquet hall with large windows, a custom bar, fireplace with built-ins, and a dance floor. Together they accommodate up to 150 guests. Exclusive catering is provided by Indy Anna's Catering, with buffet and plated options available. Packages include tables, chairs, linens, full place settings, cake cutting, bar service, setup and cleanup, and a dedicated event coordinator. FORUM Events Center is a dedicated event venue in Fishers, Indiana, situated off Interstate 69 on USA Parkway with easy access to the northeast Indianapolis corridor. The facility offers 7,200 square feet of customizable space across three rooms — the Grand FORUM and its component sections — accommodating groups from 20 to 600 guests depending on configuration. Each event at FORUM occupies dedicated space reserved exclusively for that gathering, giving planners and clients a private setting without shared-hall logistics. The venue features modern décor, a glass foyer with vaulted ceilings, a courtyard, and premium built-in audiovisual capabilities managed by in-house AV partner AMS. Free on-site parking and a cluster of hotels and restaurants in the adjacent Fishers District round out the experience for out-of-town guests. Prairie Guest House is a family-operated luxury bed and breakfast and event venue set on two acres in Fishers, Indiana, roughly 30 minutes north of Indianapolis. The property centers on a historic farmhouse and a distinctive red-roofed main house, surrounded by walnut trees, native gardens, and a white barn adorned with a colorful floral mural. The venue is well suited to intimate gatherings of all kinds — bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, micro weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, and dinner parties. The elegantly appointed dining room accommodates up to 28 guests for seated events and up to 45 for cocktail receptions. A sunlit sunroom, a courtyard patio, and a recently remodeled bridal studio offer additional space for preparation and smaller gatherings. Ten guest suites are available for overnight stays, and whole-house buyouts can be arranged for groups. In-house catering through Fig & Rind — featuring grazing tables and charcuterie spreads — is available alongside approved outside catering for groups of 12 or more.

INDUSTRY is a two-room event venue located just outside the heart of downtown Indianapolis. INDUSTRY's combination of red brick walls, natural light and expansive ceilings, create a stunning ambiance that needs very little, if any, decor. HISTORY: Built in 1908, INDUSTRY was a machine shop for ball bearings and metal fabrication. INDUSTRY underwent renovations in 2014 where the brick was restored, concrete redone, interior beams exposed and windows placed along all 5 sides of the building creating stellar natural light throughout the space. INDUSTRY is located just two blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts, and three minutes from the center of Indianapolis. The location is considered to be in the industrial district of the city, hence the name.
