On Adams Street, there hasn't been a high tide since 1902, when a severe storm dumped a giant bucket's worth of seawater inside the TD&W Handle Company. Since then, there hasn't been a high tide. The structure currently offers guests the luxury and delight of modern housing while retaining the appeal of its rich past.
