Located in New York City, The Love Shack is a surreal photographic location and event space. Alexander and Brittany Love designed and built two life-size dollhouses inside an abandoned industrial building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. A large majority of the pieces of furniture and lighting you see are either original designs, or they have been restored and modified from their original forms. Some of our pieces, such as our one-of-a-kind lighting designs and The Library Chair, are available for purchase. In addition to photoshoots, small corporate events like cocktail parties, weddings, and other intimate gatherings, the Love Shack can be used as a performance space or as a screening room. Rates and capacity will vary depending on the nature of your event, so please contact us for more information. • Maximum Standing Capacity: 50 people (We recommend no more than 40) • There are casual seating areas scattered throughout the space for up to 25 people. • Formal dining room for up to 32 people. • (tables and chair rental on request) • Complete with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher (no microwave) • There is a single full bathroom. • Verizon WiFi is extremely fast. • HDMI cable connects a high-definition 1920 x 1080 video projector to a 7 x 4 ft screen. • Bluetooth connectivity for a 1000-watt JBL speaker • Effective ductless air conditioning and heating that is quiet. • Two large capacity Alen Breathesmart HEPA air purifiers in the main space, as well as an Airthreal HEPA air purifier in the restroom, all of which are operational around the clock. Coco Pazzeria is the new kid in town for private events on the Upper East Side! Coco Pazzeria offers a stylish, contemporary space with a focus on food and a high-energy atmosphere. The entire space can be reserved for lunch or dinner for up to 70 of your closest friends and colleagues. Start with Spritzers and bubbles at the bar, then share a curated selection of buzetti (open face mini-calzones) delicious salads, signature pastas and pizza for a great family style meal. Pizza Making Party: We’ve got a new kind of party that’s as hands-on as it is fun. Guests get glasses of Italian bubbly and their own dough-and then the party really heats up. Unwind and indulge with your inner pizzaiolo at a pizza-making experience at Coco Pazzeria NYC. When your guests arrive, they'll be given dough to work with, and taught how to knead it into a perfect pizza pie crust, before they're shown how to put cheese and other fresh toppings on top. As a jewel in the crown of Lincoln Center, the David H. Koch Theater features stunning architecture, magnificent examples of modern art and offers technically superior production facilities. The Promenade and adjoining lobby spaces of The David H. Koch Theater provide an elegant and distinctive location for hosting galas, receptions, and other events. The Promenade features a gold-leaf ceiling with large windows and a balcony facing the plaza of Lincoln Center. The venue features one of the largest interior event spaces in New York City. The Portico, an exterior terrace adjoining the Promenade overlooking the fountain, can be used as an additional seating area or as an extension of the party space. The auditorium seats 2,586 with a continental style configuration on the orchestra level and five Ring levels studded with “jewel” faceted lights. An immense spherical chandelier is the centerpiece of the ornately paneled gold ceiling.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Manhattan's skyline, LIC Landing by COFFEED features a spectacular 2000 sq-ft outdoor event space and a high-quality outdoor cafe. It is located in Long Island City's beautiful, brand-new waterfront park at Hunters Point South. The event location and associated park space will be home to a wide variety of public and private events throughout the year. LIC Landing's restaurant features a healthy selection of locally-sourced offerings as well as craft beers and fine wines, and of course, COFFEED's specialty coffees and teas. The cafe has a pick-up window, but will also offer table service under the park's majestic pavilion. As with all COFFEED locations, LIC Landing by COFFEED allocates a portion of sales revenue to a community-based non-profit - in this case, the Hunters Point Parks Conservancy, a community group created to support the use and upkeep of the parks, green spaces and waterfront in Hunters Point, Queens.
