Iron Horse Resort sits at the base of Winter Park and Mary Jane Mountain in Winter Park, Colorado, nestled within the Arapaho National Forest. The ski-in/ski-out property combines a classic mountain lodge character with easy access to year-round outdoor recreation, positioning it as a destination for both leisure stays and private events. The resort's intimate convention and event center comprises several meeting and banquet spaces totaling more than 4,800 square feet, accommodating groups from small gatherings to events of up to 100 guests. Oso's Overlook sits on seven acres atop a high knoll just above Fraser, Colorado, with some of the most expansive views in the Winter Park area. Three walls of windows frame Byer's Peak, the slopes of Winter Park, Devil's Thumb, and the Continental Divide running through the Indian Peaks — a natural backdrop for intimate gatherings in the mountains. The centerpiece of the property is a 900-square-foot Great Room anchored by a massive stone fireplace. The room offers dining seating for 20 guests, with space to bring in additional tables and chairs for larger celebrations. A covered patio connected directly to the Great Room extends the entertaining area outdoors, and five gas fireplaces add warmth throughout the home. Oso's Overlook accommodates reunion dinners, corporate retreats, wedding celebrations, and other private events.
