Our historic clubhouse was built in 1911 by the members of the Redwood City Woman's Club. The club provides social and community service opportunities to residents of the Redwood City area. Our registered historic clubhouse features a large event space, full kitchen, annex staging area, and a cozy parlor.

Lakeview Gardens is an outdoor wedding venue in Umatilla, Florida, about 20 minutes from Mount Dora and within easy reach of Orlando and Ocala. Surrounded by mature oak trees, gardens, open countryside, and lake views, the property offers two distinct places to say “I do.” Sunset Grove offers a lake-view ceremony for up to 150 guests, while the Garden Gazebo is set within the gardens for intimate ceremonies of up to 70. After the ceremony, guests can gather around the pool for cocktail hour before moving to the terrace for dinner and dancing under the market lights. Later in the evening, guests can even jump into the pool. Lakeview’s recommended all-inclusive experience brings together the venue and primary services needed for a smooth wedding day, including day-of coordination. Couples also have two personalized design sessions with the team and the flexibility to use Lakeview’s preferred vendors, bring their own, or combine the two. Private getting-ready spaces include an upstairs suite overlooking the lake and gardens and a separate suite with a kitchen, TVs, and pool table. For couples who want more than a single wedding day, the Garden Cottage, about two minutes from the venue, is available exclusively to Lakeview couples and their guests. Lakeview Gardens also hosts showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement celebrations, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and other private events.

Say “I do” on the historic grounds of Gunston Hall. With 550 acres of beautiful landscape and a breathtaking vista of the Potomac, you and your guests will have an experience to remember. Weddings at Gunston Hall are truly a special occasion and can include the use of the newly opened Riverside Garden, grounds, the Ann Mason Room (located inside our visitor center) and its adjoining private courtyard. The Ann Mason Room and grounds can accommodate up to 125 seated guests or 150 standing for your ceremony or reception. Wedding packages may include tours of the historic mansion, private wedding party changing quarters, and a dedicated staff member throughout your wedding planning process.
