The Inn at Whittier sits on the waterfront of Prince William Sound in Whittier, Alaska, a small harbor town accessible only by a shared car and rail tunnel — making the journey itself part of the experience. Positioned at the mouth of the harbor, the inn has become one of Whittier's most iconic gathering spots for locals, travelers arriving by boat, and visitors making the trip from Anchorage. The property combines a hotel, a full-service restaurant, and a tavern under one roof. Western Sky Wedding & Event Venue sits on 71 acres in Bulverde, Texas, tucked at the back of the property "on the front porch" of the Texas Hill Country, just minutes from San Antonio. The venue's rustic, chic aesthetic includes stained concrete floors and vintage chandeliers, with a large built-in bar at one end of the ballroom and a stage and spacious dance floor at the other. Couples can choose from three distinct outdoor ceremony sites: the White Chapel, a wooden chapel set beneath Texas oak trees near a bridge crossing a river with a waterfall backdrop; the Windmill Chapel, a rustic covered structure with a tall arch beside an authentic windmill; and the Oak Tree, anchored by a century-old oak. The indoor ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests for receptions, and two separate wedding suites offer space for wedding-party preparation. A rental of the facility includes reception tables and chairs, ceremony chairs, table linens, a prep kitchen for caterers, and front and back porches suited to cocktail hour.

Crane Creek Vineyards is a family-owned winery set high in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia, near Brasstown Bald — Georgia's highest peak — and less than two hours from Atlanta. Founded by Eric and DeAnne Seifarth after their retirement from Army service, the vineyard planted its first vines in 1995 and has grown into a multi-venue property rooted in family heritage and Southern hospitality. The vineyard's centerpiece for private events is the Stone House Tasting Room, a hilltop venue with a stone terrace that opens onto sweeping panoramic views of the vineyards, a pond, and the surrounding mountain ridges. The space accommodates intimate weddings and receptions for up to 80 guests, as well as semi-private daytime gatherings — bridal showers, luncheons, and birthdays — for up to 50. A second location, The Farmhouse Coffee & Wine Bar, occupies the historic 1886 Bryson Farmhouse and provides a casual, family-friendly setting with lawn space and outdoor areas. Winery tours run on Saturdays from April through November, and live music fills both venues on Fridays and Saturdays. All events at the Stone House are booked through advance inquiry, with formal tours and planning meetings scheduled ahead of time.

The Romack House is a one-of-a-kind 1905 historical country cottage in the center of Old Katy, Texas. This lovely cottage is situated on a 12-acre plot of land that is entirely shaded by 100-year-old trees. Cecconi's, located on the corner of Melrose Avenue and Robertson Boulevard, is a modern-day classic Italian restaurant that serves hand-made pasta, seafood, and dishes from Italy made with the freshest ingredients available. In order to keep our guests and employees safe, we are complying with the most recent government mandate on vaccine status, and we want to provide you with clear guidance on what to expect when you come to visit. This policy applies to all members of our team, as well as our guests and visitors. Wedding ceremonies are held at The Butterfly Place before or after hours, when you may rent the butterfly flight area for approximately one hour. There is no place available for a reception at The Butterfly Place; however, Sylvia will be happy to suggest places nearby which may host a beautiful and memorable reception.

UTEC occupies a landmark building in downtown Lowell, Massachusetts — a former Methodist church originally built in 1839 that earned distinction as the oldest LEED Platinum certified building in the world following a comprehensive 2012 renovation. Original architectural features, including a 30-foot cathedral ceiling and a restored domed chamber on the third floor, are paired with a fully updated event infrastructure. Four distinct rental spaces accommodate groups of 5 to 200, from the Main Hall's soaring ceilings and theater lighting to the intimate Board Room with views overlooking downtown. Each space includes full AV systems — projectors, microphones, surround sound, and wall-mounted monitors — and round banquet tables with chairs for up to 200 guests are provided in-house. In-house catering is available through See Beyond Catering, UTEC's culinary social enterprise; outside caterers are also welcome. As a nonprofit, UTEC directs event rental revenue toward programming and employment opportunities for young adults in the Merrimack Valley. The facility is fully wheelchair accessible via ramps and elevator.

The Marcoulier Event Room is a bright, well-lit event space set within the Bend Senior Center, adjacent to Larkspur Park in Bend, Oregon. Maple hardwood floors, high ceilings, and abundant natural light give the room an open, versatile feel suited to receptions, dances, and community celebrations, while patio doors open directly onto a landscaped patio and natural area for guests to spill outside during a reception. Nestled on 120 acres of preserved farmland in New York's upper Hudson River Valley, Historic Barns of Nipmoose is a restored agricultural compound built around three timber-framed barns — the Scottish Barn, the German Barn, and the Corn Crib. The property, owned by The Persistence Foundation, takes its name from Nipmoose Creek, which runs along the farm's border, and is managed as working conservation land cultivated by a local farm family. The Scottish Barn spans 1,800 square feet and accommodates up to 180 seated or 230 standing guests; the German Barn, at 1,380 square feet, seats up to 106 or holds 150 for a cocktail reception. Both barns are handicap accessible and fitted with event lighting. The German Barn also features a lower-level private dressing suite. The Corn Crib serves as a decorative focal point for memorabilia displays, photo booths, and guest book stations. Outdoor ceremony space is included in every rental, with the Aspen grove near the Corn Crib among the most popular locations on the grounds. The venue operates seasonally from mid-May through mid-October, hosts only one wedding per weekend, and welcomes renters' choice of vendors. Our beautiful Clubhouse is in every way a home. It was painstakingly repaired after being built in 1900 as a wedding gift for Maria Vanderbilt Shepard and William Jay Schieffelin. Guests and members alike appreciate the environment, which is ageless but not excessive; ideally exquisite yet welcoming. Our staff is kind and helpful, but never overbearing. The Lotos Club's elegant rooms can host a variety of corporate and social events, including an intimate dinner party for eight, a joyous wedding celebration for one hundred guests, and cocktails for 160. Seasonal menus suited to your preferences and event are available from our acclaimed cuisine. Our staff is available to assist you with every aspect, including menus, flowers, and music, so you can rest and enjoy your special day. The elite Grill Room features an Old World/New World ambiance, with classic state dinner menus honoring people who have achieved excellence throughout history at The Lotos Club. The Grill Room can seat up to 75 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 90 people for standing celebrations. The Grill Room can accommodate up to 25 people at one table for an intimate wine meal. Wedding ceremonies, talks, and receptions for up to 75 people are held in the Tennyson Room. It can also accommodate dinner parties of up to 40 people. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 100 guests for wedding receptions, meetings, lectures, and seated lunches. Wedding receptions, cocktail receptions, concerts and talks, as well as seated lunches for up to 50 guests, are all possible at the Library. The Wedgewood Suite is reserved for smaller, more intimate occasions. The Wedgwood Suite consists of the formal 17' x 22' Wedgwood Parlor, which can accommodate up to 20 people for drinks, and the beautiful 18' x 24' Wedgwood Dining Room, which can accommodate up to 30 people for supper. Little Chapel in-the-Woods You are entering a tradition as you go into the Little Chapel in the Woods. The chapel, on the outskirts of Texas Women's University, is a hidden sanctuary that has hosted weddings since September 1939, a few months before Eleanor Roosevelt's dedication. The exquisite internal stain glass windows complement the natural splendor that surrounds the Little Chapel. On saw-pierced and riveted brass lighting, and woodwork completed in beech, hand carved woodwork on the pews, the Little Chapel in-the-Woods' rich symbolism delicately conveys "Woman Ministering to Human Needs." Architect O'Neil Ford designed the Chapel, which is 90 feet long and 24 feet broad. During the Great Depression, it was built as a project of the National Youth Administration and dedicated by former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt. The Little Chapel in the Woods is steeped in history, and every piece in the chapel is imbued with the aesthetic fingerprint of young women artists. The stone walls take on a charming blue tint as the sunshine filters through the stained glass windows, and the exterior is surrounded by magnificent green landscapes. Greenhouse & Gardens TWU's Gardens can help you plan the perfect outdoor celebration. For ceremonies, black garden chairs can be placed up on the greenhouse patio or in a garden area of your choice. If your wedding is set for the gardens and greenhouse, the Little Chapel will serve as an alternate location in the event of adverse weather, as long as your guest count does not exceed 110.

Rio Hotel & Casino sits one block west of the Las Vegas Strip on Flamingo Road, offering more than 220,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event space—all on a single level—alongside 500,000 square feet of outdoor space. Following a property-wide renovation launched in 2023, the resort now features 1,500 newly remodeled suite-sized rooms, a redesigned 3-acre pool complex, and a fully updated convention center now affiliated with the World of Hyatt.
