The Chef and NY native, Dean Salerno, is a restaurant veteran to the NY restaurant scene where he helped open 5 successful restaurants in the financial district and has created a thriving catering company, Firefly Events and Catering, in the Chicago after relocating with his wife from Brooklyn. The completely renovated building hosts a cozy dining room and bar with a large outdoor beer garden for warm summer months and rooftop herb garden. Firefly Kitchen is the perfect venue for small celebrations in one of our dining rooms, or buy-out the entire venue for a large soirée of up to 140 guests!
