The Tobin Center is a local arts organization that operates on a not-for-profit basis. In addition, the Tobin Center also features The exceptional adaptability of the H-E-B Performance Hall, which can accommodate up to 1,750 guests and features a distinctive "flat-floor" capacity, paves the way for a wide variety of performances and events to take place there. The acoustics in the Hall can be "tuned" to fit the performance as well as the physical set-up of the hall. In addition, the sound insulation that is present throughout The Tobin Center makes it possible to use the Performance Hall, the Studio Theater, and the 600-seat River Walk Plaza all at the same time.

This barn served as inspiration for their own barn. It served as the impetus for them to establish Windemere Farms.
