Since The Allan House began serving as a venue for events in 2000, thousands of weddings, corporate gatherings, and other events have taken place there. The Victorian home, which has been expertly restored, has heart pine wood floors from the original construction, gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows, crystal chandeliers, modern furniture, and circular southern verandas. The mountain laurels, native flora, and heritage oaks that flank the expansive stone courtyard provide an intimate urban retreat. The use of a specially constructed clear, heated tent is included in the venue rental fee for the months of December, January, and February.
