The Victorian home, which has been expertly restored, has heart pine wood floors from the original construction, gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows, crystal chandeliers, modern furniture, and circular southern verandas. The mountain laurels, native flora, and heritage oaks that flank the expansive stone courtyard provide an intimate urban retreat. Glistening lights that come on when the sun sets increase the outdoor space's appeal. The use of a specially constructed clear, heated tent is included in the venue rental fee for the months of December, January, and February. The tent, which entirely encloses the outside event space, offers comforts for climate control during the harsh winter months while preserving the look and feel of an outdoor event.
