Koi Los Angeles’ unique look and ambiance, coupled with its signature dishes, garnered a cult following and started a movement that changed the landscape of the entire industry. Located in a hip and vibrant part of Los Angeles, Koi Los Angeles is the perfect spot for casual dining and special celebrations. The main dining room seats up to 170, while the private dining room is the perfect spot to cozy up to your closest 22 friends. Illuminated by candlelight, Koi Los Angeles is beautiful, modern and Zen-inspired. The Bouley Test Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind Event Space and Dining Room in the Flatiron District of New York City. The Bouley Test Kitchen is open for lunch on weekdays. The multipurpose Test Kitchen serves as an attractive event space, an engaging classroom, and a state-of-the-art culinary laboratory, with a range of outstanding layouts to match the demands of your party. Private events, corporate/media events, photo/video shoots, and, of course, cookery demonstrations are all made possible by the audiophile A/V equipment, which includes projection and complete videoconferencing capabilities. Bouley Test Kitchen can accommodate up to 100 people seated or 150 standing for a reception. It is equipped with an open performance kitchen, a Steinway grand piano, and an audiophile A/V system from McIntosh. The Bouley team may use the Test Kitchen to experiment with new gourmet ideas and refine existing ones. Organic and bio-dynamic components help to advance innovative procedures that are motivated by health and taste. In the Bouley Test Kitchen, visitors can be seated for up to 120 people and cocktail parties can accommodate up to 180 people. A welcoming area for handed canapés or small dishes is provided in the space's expanding form, which combines the refinement of a 'Chef's dream' with a library of more than 8,000 textbooks of culinary inspiration. The Steinway Concert B piano in the main dining room reverberates beneath a Murano glass chandelier from the 18th century. With a wall of slate connecting the dining room to the kitchen, where guests are encouraged to chalk handwritten recipes or notes for special occasions, guests are invited to see the chefs' expertise in a setting adorned with 16th century copperware. Color LED projection technology, which is state-of-the-art, may be used to customize anniversaries or corporate events. The Test Kitchen also includes equipment from artisanal industry giants such as Molteni, Rational, and Electrolux, as well as handcrafted B&W Nautilus speakers and an emerald lighted turntable powered by the McIntosh Sound System.

Amenities in the Community Room include built-in service areas, an oak dance floor, a charming bay window, three vaulted ceilings, and private access to the balcony overlooking picturesque Village Green Park. The Community Room provides an ideal setting for weddings, dinners, dances, luncheons, parties, and business meetings. The 2,700-foot banquet room can seat just under 200 for dinner with a dance floor or can be divided into 3 smaller rooms for more intimate gatherings or meetings.

Gold Chiavari chairs are available for $9 per chair, seat cushion and set up included. If guest count exceeds 150 people, more chairs are required to be rented from an outside company for the black banquet chairs, white garden chairs, and the gold Chiavari chairs.
