Brooklyn Winery, Reimagined! This modern, industrial space features chic accents and lush backdrops, like our signature living plant wall, our winery production space and barrel room. Facilities and Capacity At Brooklyn Winery, you'll be able to spend your day in a large, industrial-style setting. A 15-foot ceiling soars above the main event space, and creates a sense of airiness. Several skylights dot the ceiling, filling the room with natural light. The winery is also home to a production space and barrel room, adding an air of authenticity to the business. The event space will accommodate up to 175 people and is open to hosting ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions with dinner and dancing. The property is exclusively reserved for the couple, providing privacy for their festivities. The Barrel Room, which is available for wedding photographs. The happy couple is given access to the Wedding Suite, which offers a private space to spend some quiet time together. Services Offered The team at Brooklyn Winery is on hand to support you as you plan your dream day. They're happy to take care of the decor and details, including china, linens, and flatware. The winery's own wine will be served, complementing the cuisine provided by the on-site team. All of our event packages include an open bar of Brooklyn Winery wines and local craft beer. It has wall-to-wall white brick with gigantic windows and black industrial finishes, making it the perfect balance of vintage and modern. As part of a redevelopment project in downtown Lakeland, Florida, Haus 820 is uniquely situated right off of I-4 and is easily accessible to Tampa and Orlando guests. The restoration of the building brings the largest, non-traditional event venue to Lakeland, Florida. The venue features original white brick, 22-foot ceilings, amber stained and sealed cement floors, oversized warehouse windows, and an expansive footprint and holds up to 500 seated guests. Plus Haus 820 features an outdoor courtyard perfect for ceremonies or cocktail hour, and fun colorful murals to make any event photo pop. This speakeasy is located near the Williamsburg bridge with its own separate entrance on South 5th St. The space was renovated for creatives and is now available for your use. Thus, the look of the space is rustic and industrial including art murals and brick walls, and high pipe exposed ceilings. The floor has its original concrete, with small drains throughout. The space lets in very little daylight even during peek hours of sunshine. This allows photo and video work to have total control over the lighting. The space also comes with a multicolored LED light system that allows you to control the vibe through the space. We have a 10 foot long L- bar and small kitchen with fridge for food storage. The space is equipped with a WIFI network, great phone reception for any carrier, a powerful sound system with high quality JBL speakers wired together throughout the space, and a dj booth. All renters can use our hanging ceiling movie screen and projector to stage their own film viewings.
