Celebrate the Occasion That You Deserve It is believed that "Munnysunk," the former estate house of Frank Bailey, was initially constructed somewhere in the 1800s. After purchasing the property, Frank enlisted the help of Craig Severance to renovate it while preserving the rustic charm of the neocolonial structure. Bailey House and its surrounding grounds, which can accommodate up to 75 guests for wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, and private events, has been transformed into a stunning venue. Current Rental Guidelines Effective 2021-2022 - All events will have a maximum capacity of 50 people or less, including children and excluding staff, through December 2021. This number will increase to 75 people as of January 2022. - All events are to be outside events only (ceremonies, receptions, etc.). - Indoor use of Bailey House is restricted to restroom access only and will not have access to the rest of the building. - The historic Bailey House will be undergoing major construction during the winter season of 2021-2022. As the building is owned by Nassau County, we cannot guarantee that the building will be functional come spring of 2022.

Bouley Test Kitchen can accommodate up to 100 people seated or 150 standing for a reception. It is equipped with an open performance kitchen, a Steinway grand piano, and an audiophile A/V system from McIntosh. The Bouley team may use the Test Kitchen to experiment with new gourmet ideas and refine existing ones. Organic and bio-dynamic components help to advance innovative procedures that are motivated by health and taste. In the Bouley Test Kitchen, visitors can be seated for up to 120 people and cocktail parties can accommodate up to 180 people. A welcoming area for handed canapés or small dishes is provided in the space's expanding form, which combines the refinement of a 'Chef's dream' with a library of more than 8,000 textbooks of culinary inspiration. The Steinway Concert B piano in the main dining room reverberates beneath a Murano glass chandelier from the 18th century. With a wall of slate connecting the dining room to the kitchen, where guests are encouraged to chalk handwritten recipes or notes for special occasions, guests are invited to see the chefs' expertise in a setting adorned with 16th century copperware. Color LED projection technology, which is state-of-the-art, may be used to customize anniversaries or corporate events. Landmark on Main Street is a not-for-profit performing arts and community center at 232 Main Street in Port Washington, NY. The venue is housed within a 1994 renovation of an 87-year-old former school building, transformed into a 25,000-square-foot complex that includes the 425-seat Jeanne Rimsky Theater. The Jeanne Rimsky Theater has welcomed performers spanning concerts, Broadway, folk, and jazz — including Rufus Wainwright, Graham Nash, Christine Ebersole, and Mandy Patinkin — as well as events ranging from speaker engagements and dance performances to meetings and birthday parties. The theater and the adjacent Doctors' Gymnasium are both available for private rental.

The historic gardens at Planting Field make the ideal location for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other special occasions. After the gardens have closed to the public, ceremonies for weddings and other celebrations usually start at 5 o'clock or later. To guarantee the exclusivity of your event, only one nighttime event is scheduled for each date. A payment of $15,000 is required to reserve Planting Fields for your private event, and the host is entitled to one year of Sustaining Member perks. Wedding ceremonies call for a $5,000 donation, which entitles the host to one year of Family Member perks. A spectacular Gold Coast mansion from the 1920s still stands today as a statement about art, architecture, and landscape, and its name is Planting Fields.
