Artspace111 is a gallery that focuses on displaying contemporary art from Texas and can be found in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. Artspace111 was created in 1980 by Daniel and Dennis Blagg, who are identical twin brothers. They transformed a historic building that was constructed in 1911 into artist studios and a small gallery space in order to promote and celebrate the work of local artists. In the years that have passed, the studio has been transformed into a renowned and recognized art gallery that spans 3,000 square feet. The staff at Artspace111 not only organizes a full calendar of solo and group exhibits throughout the whole year, but they also design corporate and private art collections for customers located all over the nation and hold special events in the unique gallery and sculpture gardens. The Ashton Depot, which spans 10,000 square feet and features a stunning outdoor courtyard measuring 3,200 square feet, routinely plays home to sit-down dinners for 30 to 350 guests and celebrations for 50 to 500 or more people. Tents may be set up in the courtyard, making it an ideal location for cocktail gatherings. The private suite is available for booking by smaller parties and has the capacity to accommodate up to thirty people. Marble flooring, tin ceilings, fine woodwork, and one-of-a-kind stained glass windows were all present in the building when it was first constructed in 1899, and all of these features can be seen in the big ballroom. People who are interested in gastronomy, history, and everything in between are among our visitors. The general approach to preparation is light, fresh, and technique driven, serving handcrafted pastas, steaks, and fresh seafood.
