Lake Shore Village Resort is a family-owned lakefront property set on 18 acres along 3,500 feet of Lake Horace shoreline in Weare, New Hampshire. Operated by the Colburn Family for over 75 years, the resort features 19 private lake homes ranging from two to five bedrooms — each with direct lake access and private docks — making it a destination venue where wedding parties and guests can gather for a full weekend rather than a single evening. Weddings unfold across several settings on the property. Ceremonies take place on the resort's private beach, with receptions held under a heated 40' x 80' tent featuring a granite floor and lakefront views for up to 150 guests. A dedicated rehearsal dinner tent and a post-wedding farewell breakfast round out the weekend, alongside on-site coordination and a preferred vendor list for catering, photography, and entertainment. Year-round amenities — including an indoor pool, hot tub, game room, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing boats, a pontoon, and pickleball courts — give guests plenty to enjoy beyond the event itself. The Edgewood Ballroom accommodates up to 160 guests, while the Playbarn and Brummer Room serve smaller gatherings of up to 60 and 35 respectively. The Marlborough House is a historic Edwardian compound in Marlborough, New Hampshire, originally established as Sacred Heart Catholic Church parish in 1896. Perched atop a hill in the town center, the property encompasses a former church now known as the Main Hall, an adjacent rectory serving as the Main House, a cottage, and manicured lawns and surrounding gardens — what the venue describes as a "post card perfect New England tableau." The Main Hall, the heart of the property, accommodates up to 100 guests for ceremonies and celebrations within its original church architecture. The Main House offers three ground-floor rooms and a seasonal porch suited to cocktail receptions and smaller gatherings. The Currier Museum of Art, founded in 1929, is located in Manchester, New Hampshire, and houses more than 13,000 American and European artworks — including pieces by Calder, Hopper, Matisse, Monet, O'Keeffe, Picasso, and Wyeth. The museum also owns and operates two Frank Lloyd Wright-designed homes, the only Wright buildings open to the public in New England. For private events, the museum's Winter Garden is the main reception space, accommodating up to 140 guests for a seated dinner or 200 for a cocktail reception. Gallery access is included with every rental, inviting guests to move through the collection during the event. Free on-site parking — unusual for a downtown Manchester venue — makes arrival easy. An on-site manager and security staff are included with all bookings, and catering is provided through Tidewater Catering, the museum's dedicated partner.

A limited number of wedding dates are available each year, with the Takodah team providing dedicated support from planning through the event day. Optional activities — including a ropes course, climbing wall, swimming, boating, archery, and axe throwing — can be incorporated into celebrations, setting the camp apart as a venue where guests can engage with the surroundings. Beyond weddings, Camp Takodah hosts corporate retreats, church gatherings, college orientations, and youth leadership programs throughout the year.

Kimball Jenkins Estate is a historic 3-acre campus in Concord, New Hampshire, where a Victorian mansion, carriage house, and cultivated gardens come together to create a setting for private events spanning more than four decades. The property has served as one of Concord's cultural landmarks throughout that time, hosting weddings, reunions, holiday parties, corporate retreats, bridal showers, and other celebrations for groups of up to 200 guests seasonally. The Victorian Mansion brings an elegant, architectural quality to ceremonies and formal receptions, while the Carriage House offers a more casual space well suited for dining and dancing. The estate's historical gardens extend the setting outdoors, providing additional space for ceremonies and photography. Free public parking is available on campus.

Murphy's Taproom, an Irish Restaurant and Taproom, opened its doors in Manchester, New Hampshire, in April 2007. The Taproom, which has a casual, pub-like atmosphere, has 120 taps of draft beer, making it the largest selection in the state. Keith Murphy and his family have expanded the restaurant since opening, adding a separate room for functions and live music, a two-story deck with seating for over 350 people, and a popular diner next door that serves breakfast and lunch until 3 p.m. seven days a week. Residents of Bedford and proprietors Keith Murphy were on the lookout for the ideal location in which to open a second location in the city. Murphy's Restaurant in Bedford, New Hampshire, has been in business since July of this year. Our regular happenings throughout the month are a great addition to our special events and are suitable for guests of all ages. A good night out with friends at your favorite taproom or restaurant is unbeatable if you ask me. The Red Blazer Restaurant has been a fixture in Concord, New Hampshire since March 2000, offering American dining alongside a full pub, bakery, and in-house butcher shop. The main dining room — built around a magnificent two-story stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and hand-hewn beams and stone — sets a distinctive rustic tone that carries through the entire property. The Peanut Pub rounds out the everyday experience with one of the largest draft beer systems in the area, featuring 35 selections on tap. For private events, The Red Blazer offers two dedicated spaces: the Fox Den, a fully private room suited for gatherings of up to 42, and The Highlands, a second-floor space with a private bar accommodating up to 100 guests. Both rooms are equipped with WiFi, Smart TV, and audio technology for meetings and presentations. A dedicated events team — including a function coordinator with more than two decades of experience — supports planning from initial inquiry through event day.
