Our grounds provide a variety of ideal areas as well as large open outdoor space, allowing you to design the perfect layout for your special occasion. Our catering partners are able to provide complete catering services for your occasion. Our property is equipped with a complete DJ setup, as well as a sound system that can be heard throughout the entire property. The fact that we don't hold large meetings is because that's not really our thing. However, we are the best at hosting groups of 20 or fewer people when a physical meeting space is required for a couple of hours. (For almost any size group, we can organize events that are completely laid back or ones that are jam-packed with activities – after all, we know where all of the best stuff is)

Guild Hall is the cultural heart of the East End: a museum, performing arts, and education center, founded in 1931. We invite everyone to experience the endless possibilities of the arts: to open minds to what art can be; inspire creativity and conversation; and have fun. Since 1931, Guild Hall has served East Hampton as a cultural mecca. Guild Hall presents more than 200 programs and hosts 60,000 visitors each year. The Museum holds six to eight exhibitions, ranging from the historical to the contemporary, and focuses on artists who have an affiliation with the Hamptons. The Theater produces more than 100 programs―including plays, concerts, dance, screenings, simulcasts, and literary readings―from the classics to new works. The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center is a working campus for the development of new American theater, set on a sweeping waterfront property in Waterford, Connecticut overlooking the Long Island Sound. Founded in 1964 by George C. White, the O'Neill has spent six decades as the country's preeminent organization dedicated to developing new works and new voices for the stage — earning Tony Awards in 1979 and 2010 and the National Medal of Arts in 2016. Productions first developed here include *In the Heights*, *Avenue Q*, *Fences*, and *The Piano Lesson*. The campus opens to private events from late August through spring, offering eight distinct rental spaces that range from a 300-guest outdoor garden with views of the Sound to an intimate Victorian mansion with parlor rooms and an outdoor patio. The Rose Barn Theater — original to the property — brings a rustic character to receptions and celebrations, while the Dina Merrill Theater offers the campus's largest indoor footprint with expansive windows and flexible configuration. Stonecroft Country Inn is a historic bed and breakfast set on 6.5 acres in Ledyard, Connecticut, minutes from Mystic. The property traces its origins to 1807, when sea captain Shubel Smith built the Georgian Colonial that still anchors the estate. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and recognized by Select Registry Distinguished Inns of North America, the inn blends period architecture — wide-plank floors, stone walls, a working fireplace — with fully renovated accommodations across ten guest rooms. The estate offers multiple event settings for weddings, elopements, and private gatherings. The Yellow Barn accommodates ceremonies and receptions for up to 75 guests, while the intimate stone-walled dining room in the 1807 House hosts seated dinners and gatherings of up to 45. Preston Ridge Vineyard is a working estate winery and event venue set on 60 acres in Preston, Connecticut, roughly 15 miles from Long Island Sound. Founded in 2008 by the Sawyers and Helms families and open to the public since October 2012, the property centers on a New England gambrel-style barn with a wraparound deck overlooking the vineyard rows and surrounding landscape. The venue hosts weddings, corporate functions, bridal showers, and private parties across several spaces: the barn and grounds accommodate ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 guests, while the tasting room seats up to 50 guests for intimate gatherings and expands to 100 when the deck is combined. For larger events, a seasonal tented lower green extends capacity to 175 guests. Weddings include use of the tasting room and deck for cocktail hour, a dressing suite, tables and chairs, parking attendants, and grounds access for photography and videography.
