It has 27' High Peaks, Amazing HVAC & Ventilation, 3 12'x14' Glass Garage Doors that open to a 1,200 Sq Ft deck on the river with Lawn Access, 2 Green Rooms, 7 Gender Neutral Bathrooms, 500 sq ft catering area, natural wood floors and ample parking. Established in 1954, the Guilford Yacht Club sits on a secluded property along the Connecticut shoreline at the mouth of the West River, with views of the Guilford Harbor and Long Island Sound. The grounds feature a gracious lawn, an outdoor patio, and a large reception area with hardwood floors — all less than a mile from Guilford's historic town Green. The club hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations for members and non-members alike. Events can be held indoors for up to 160 guests or under a tent on the grounds for up to 300. The property accommodates ceremonies on the Great Lawn overlooking the water, and a bridal suite with a private bathroom is available for wedding parties. Only one event takes place per day, with an on-site event manager included with every rental. Catering is provided exclusively by Gourmet Galley, which has coordinated and catered custom events for over 20 years.
