Our building was once a former textile mill with twelve-foot ceilings and massive walls of factory windows. With polished concrete and a white lacquered floor, Eden is flooded with soft daylight throughout the day. The way the sun bounces off the adjacent buildings creates a gorgeous splash of light in the morning and evening on sunny days. The studio has been designed to create a variety of textures and possibilities within one room. From sleek, industrial finishes to a refined wall of ultra-modern paneling, Eden has the look of a classic loft with a chic residential feel. This is an intimate, flexible event and performance venue located in Midtown East, available for full buyout by the hour. The space includes two connected rooms: a main showroom with a built-in stage and a bar/lounge area. It is well suited for private events, live performances, rehearsals, corporate gatherings, screenings, and creative productions. The main showroom features a raised stage with professional sound and lighting, multiple microphones, and a baby grand piano available for use. The room can be configured for seated events, standing receptions, or cleared layouts, with tables and chairs that can be removed or rearranged as needed. The bar and lounge area includes a full operational bar, bar seating, tables, banquette seating, and warm ambient lighting, making it ideal for cocktail hours, networking, or breakout space. The venue also offers Wi-Fi, TVs with HDMI input, adjustable lighting, elevator and stair access, and easy street-level load-in. Outside food is allowed with no restrictions, and BYOB is permitted. Optional staffing such as bartenders, hosts, and door/security staff is available.
