The Virginia Beach Convention Center sits minutes from the Oceanfront district, offering more than 250,000 square feet of programmable event space across four exhibit halls, three ballrooms, five meeting suites, and a 147-foot glass tower with a café lounge, board room, VIP lounge, and observation deck. The exhibit halls can be combined into a single 150,012-square-foot floor, while Ballrooms One through Three join into a 31,029-square-foot space suited to galas and large banquets. The center was the first convention center in the United States to earn LEED Gold certification for an existing building, and it has been recognized among the best venues by the International Live Events Association. Sustainability carries through daily operations, from motion-sensor lighting and low-flow fixtures to an onsite garden that has supplied seasonal produce for the venue's catering since 2008. Sodexo Live! serves as the exclusive onsite caterer, led by Executive Chef Desiree Neal, providing full catering and bar service for conventions, banquets, and receptions. The venue also offers free Wi-Fi throughout and more than 1,300 self-parking spaces, with additional lots nearby.

The Pierside Room is an oceanfront venue offering all-inclusive, customizable wedding ceremony and reception packages along with rehearsal dinners. Billed as a "one stop wedding shop," the venue provides in-house banquet staff and chefs, and couples can choose between a beach wedding ceremony and an indoor ceremony option. Menu formats include a plated seated dinner, action stations set up around the venue, a served buffet, and a hors d'oeuvres reception with butler-passed or stationed items; vegan menus are also available. Guests may bring their own alcohol under a BYOB policy, provided a required ABC license is obtained and everyone consuming alcohol is at least 21. Mimosa Barn sits on 17.5 acres along Eyrehall Creek on Virginia's Eastern Shore, directly across the water from the historic Eyre Hall plantation near Cape Charles. Built in 1863, the barn has been restored into an event venue offering 2,808 square feet of space, including a first-floor dressing suite with a lounge, kitchenette, bedroom, and full and half baths that opens onto a brick patio steps from the water's edge. Mimosa Barn hosts weddings, holiday parties, reunions, and other celebrations, with an advertised capacity of 300+ guests.
