This stunning private estate is tucked away on a mountain in Calistoga overlooking Napa Valley, with sweeping views of vineyards near and far. Quintessentially Napa Valley, the lush outdoor spaces include courtyards, a large bocce court, expansive lawn with infinity pool, terraces, and a mini-redwood grove all overlooking vineyards and views. The graceful cypress lined drive up to the estate is wrapped in vineyards. The lush lawn, infinity pool and decks are all at the view's edge. The lawn and adjacent patio is ideal for dinner and dancing. Terraced below is a bocce court facing the views, ideal for guest welcome, cocktails and play. A mini redwood grove with amphitheater style seating and terrace overlooking vineyards offers an ideal location for a ceremony. The courtyards with trickling waterfall, fountain and olive trees is also ideal for guest welcome and cocktails. Other hidden spaces include a secret garden with lawn chess, serene woods, and cabernet vineyards. The Guest House comes with the site rental, and offers two master suites accommodating four people. A full kitchen, living-dining room, and terrace overlooking views completes this ideal haven. Weddings at the Vineyard Estate begin in the $100,000 range, or $1,000 per person range. Oakland Zoo is a wildlife conservation destination and event venue situated in the scenic hills of Oakland, California, at the edge of Knowland Park. Founded in 1922 by naturalist Henry A. Snow as The Snow Museum, the institution has grown into a nationally accredited zoological park housing over 850 native and exotic animals across habitats that include an African Savanna, Tropical Rain Forest, and the California Trail. The Conservation Society of California, which operates the zoo, earned recognition as a Best Event Space by Oakland Magazine in 2025. Private events are hosted at the Snow Building, a historic indoor-outdoor venue nestled within the zoo's grounds. Conveniently located across from Oakland’s City Hall, above 2 BART Stops & within walking distance of the Fox & Paramount Theatre, parking garages, this venue holds over 250 attendees and the creative vision you bring. FLUID510 is a 5,000 square foot event venue a full kitchen, state of the art sound & lighting, three projection screens as well as Two Full Bars & an elevated lounge that is perfect for trainings as it is for presentations, mixers & fundraisers. FLUID510 fits 250 people standing, 120 people in seated auditorium style and 100 at Gala style tables. We also offer The Loft for your more intimate events holding 40 friends that also comes with private bar, DJ system & professional lighting. Tables, chairs, silverware and staff are all included in our venue rental fee.

The Palm Event Center in the Vineyard is a contemporary winery estate in Livermore Valley Wine Country. Nestled in the rolling hills with a 180-degree view of the vineyards, this private event venue feels like a refuge while still being easily accessible to the Greater Bay Area. Romantic with a touch of glamour, the venue offers interior spaces with cool tones, warm candlelight, and sleek contemporary touches. The main Ballroom is spacious and the perfect canvas for any event decor. The venue also offers indoor and outdoor ceremony sites for couples to choose from. Indoors, couples may marry inside a large barrel room with customizable lighting and the ability to hang additional lighting and decor. Outside, couples may marry on the lawn overlooking the vineyards. There is also an outdoor terrace patio for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while watching the sunset. In addition to beautiful spaces, the venue also offers 5-hour event times, in-house catering, and a 4.5-hour full open bar. Included in all wedding packages are everything needed to host a reception - tables, chiavari chairs, linens, place settings, and glassware. Service staff and a day-of coordinator to handle all logistics are also provided. For weddings with a style of cuisine that the Palm culinary staff does not specialize in (to be determined by the Palm - i.e. Indian, Traditional 8-Course Chinese/Vietnamese, or Persian), couples are allowed to contract with exclusive outside caterers. Custom-built for weddings, the bespoke venue is precisely tailored in its spaces, menus, and offerings to give clients the perfect wedding.
