Private event rentals are available seasonally on the deck, terrace, and lawn surrounding the House. Gatherings of up to 20 guests may be hosted at the House itself; larger receptions move to the outdoor grounds, with the option to erect a tent on the eastern portion of the property. An exclusive list of licensed caterers serves on-site events, and alcoholic beverages are permitted with licensed bartending staff. The estate also includes a visitor center and the Barnsworth Gallery, offering a distinctive setting for corporate receptions, cocktail parties, intimate ceremonies, and milestone celebrations set against one of the most celebrated works of 20th-century architecture.

Favazza's on the Hill is a family-owned Italian restaurant in St. Louis's historic Hill neighborhood, founded in 1978 by Vito Favazza, his wife Ellen, and their son Tony. Built on the values of family, tradition, and genuine hospitality, the restaurant has been welcoming guests for over 45 years. Today, Tony and his brother John carry that legacy forward, along with the next generation of the Favazza family. The restaurant occupies the former Ruggeri's building — a historic space in The Hill where Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack once dined and where Yogi Berra worked as a waiter. The menu draws on classic Italian recipes passed down through generations, featuring house-made pastas and wood-fired specialties. For private events, Favazza's offers a range of dedicated spaces across the restaurant, from an outdoor pavilion and plaza accommodating up to 150 guests to private dining rooms and a lower-level wine room suited for more intimate gatherings.
