The Lakeside Ranches is a working ranch and rustic wedding venue set on more than 600 acres of Old Florida landscape near Inverness, in Citrus County. Ancient oak trees draped in Spanish moss frame the property, with a spring-fed private lake reflecting the evening sky. At the heart of the property sit two large, air-conditioned barns — each with panoramic lake views, chandelier lighting, and an old-world character that suits everything from intimate ceremonies to full receptions of up to 299 guests. Multiple open pavilions extend the usable outdoor space, and outdoor ceremonies are typically held beneath the oaks or along the lakeside. The venue operates as a full working cattle and horse farm, with over 50 horses, more than 100 head of cattle, and a small garden on site. Citrus Hills Golf & Country Club is a full-service private club in Citrus Hills, Florida, with three 18-hole championship golf courses, three dining venues, spa services, and active social programming. The club has been hosting private events and celebrations for more than 25 years. Three dedicated banquet rooms accommodate gatherings from 20 to 275 guests. The Hampton Room is the club's largest event space, with vaulted ceilings and chandelier lighting suited to weddings, galas, and large private dinners. The Garden Room and Windsor Room offer more intimate settings for smaller parties and corporate meetings. The venue has a romantic winding walkway that leads to an isolated island that will be used for the ceremony. The walkway is surrounded by stunning cliffside limestone rocks. The Island was designed specifically for outdoor events such as weddings, opportunities for photography, and outdoor cocktail parties. White Rock Canyon is flexible, providing our customers with the option to enjoy it in its natural state or to have it entirely reimagined by them to fulfill any experience they might be looking for. White Rock Canyon is able to accommodate parties with as many as 300 or more guests for a seated dinner and as many as 450 or more guests for standing cocktail parties. However, due to the layout of the venue, it is also able to provide an intimate atmosphere for parties with fewer than 100 guests. Black Diamond Ranch Golf & Country Club is a private club and event venue set on 1,320 acres of rolling hills and moss-draped oaks in Lecanto, Florida. Founded in 1987 by Stan Olsen, the property takes its name from a premium grapefruit variety cultivated here in the mid-1940s. The Ranch Course, designed by Tom Fazio, opened alongside the community's gates — and the Quarry Course followed, carved through the cliffs and lakes of two retired limestone quarries to become one of the most distinctive layouts in the Southeast.
