Emerald Downs is a Thoroughbred racetrack in Auburn, Washington, set between Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellevue in the Pacific Northwest. Beyond live racing, the property doubles as an event destination, with eleven distinct spaces that together host groups of up to 2,000 guests throughout the racing season and on non-race days. Covington Cellars began as a hobby in a garage in Covington, Washington, before its founders, Cindy and David, turned their passion for winemaking into a business in 2002. The winery later relocated production to Woodinville, becoming the 19th winery to open in what has grown into a major wine destination. Its Woodinville tasting room sits in the Artisan Hill District, alongside a related tasting room in nearby Maltby, where the wine is produced. The Woodinville location offers two settings for private gatherings: a cozy space suited to smaller groups of 10 to 25 guests, and a larger space that can hold up to 120, with room for live music. A commercial kitchen on site allows for easy food service, and an optional kids' play space is available, making the venue workable for birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, corporate retreats, and wine club celebrations alike. On-premise chefs are on hand to help design a menu for private events. Covington Cellars also hosts a recurring lineup of Friday evening live music nights in Woodinville, pairing wine and food with local bands.

This historic landmark property has served as a residence for more than thirty United States Naval Admirals and their families over the course of its history. It has been used to formally entertain government officials, military officials, foreign dignitaries, and members of royal families in the past. On the waterfront of Pier 91 in Seattle, the United States Navy constructed a house and surrounding property in 1944 to serve as the official residence of the Admirals of the 13th Naval District. The house is on the National Register of Historic Places, which means it has historical significance. The Magnolia Room It's located east of Palisade's main dining area and features koa wood elements as well as a breathtaking view of Elliott Bay Marina, the downtown Seattle city skyline, and Mt. Rainier. The Magnolia Room can seat up to 40 people for a sit-down event and up to 60 people for a reception. The Orchid Room It boasts hand-blown artisan glass chandeliers and a magnificent view of the downtown Seattle metropolitan skyline, Mt. Rainier, Bainbridge Island, and the Olympic Mountains, and is located west of Palisade's main dining room. The Orchid Room can seat up to 80 people for a sit-down function and up to 150 people for a reception. Pickering Barn is a city-owned event venue in Issaquah, Washington, built around a barn that once stood on the property of territorial governor William Pickering in the 1800s and has served the community for more than 110 years. The 12,000-square-foot facility is organized into two connected banquet rooms, the Hay Barn and the Dairy Barn, which can be booked together for up to 350 guests or reserved individually for smaller events, along with an outdoor courtyard suited to ceremonies. Planners booking Pickering Barn have access to two dedicated dressing rooms, the Jersey Room and the Holstein Room, each outfitted with mirrors and clothing racks, plus the Creamery, a catering prep space with commercial refrigeration and sinks. An on-site venue attendant supports facility access, setup, cleanup, and security throughout the rental period, and the barns include AV equipment and wireless internet. Parking is included with every rental: the adjacent lot holds 145 vehicles, including six accessible stalls.
