The grounds center on a 7,000-square-foot lodge constructed in 2008, surrounded by a courtyard, a wedding chapel, and a pond that serves as a backdrop for ceremonies. The dining hall accommodates over 100 guests for seated meals, while the courtyard offers an open-air setting for receptions and rehearsal dinners. The historic Murphy House — built in 1914 and moved to the property and restored in 2008 — provides overnight accommodations for wedding parties.
